Review: The best paring knife I've had. - I've had paring knifes from the cheap to the expensive. This just fits perfectly in my hand. Even if I'm holding the blade to cut the root out of carrots etc. Super sharp, and easy to sharpen. Gifted the all the other paring knives. Getting another one. Perfect design IMO. Some things are just worth it.
Review: The Perfect Paring Knife - I sadly lost my well used and much loved Wusthoff paring knife. After searching my kitchen repeatedly and waiting a month for it to magically reappear, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a replacement. I tried to convince myself to buy a less expensive knife, but knew nothing could replace the knife I lost. So, yes, I bought another Wusthoff. Perfect weight, fits my hand so well, and cuts and pares like a dream. I am happy in my kitchen again. Now if I could just figure out what in the world happened to my lost knife….

I've had paring knifes from the cheap to the expensive. This just fits perfectly in my hand. Even if I'm holding the blade to cut the root out of carrots etc. Super sharp, and easy to sharpen.
