I bought this rather posh looking mouse mat for my wife for her laptop as she is having to work from home in this awful time for us all. My first impression was its very well made, a nice weight and for my wife the more important thing, the wrist rest is a perfect height for a lady with small hands and thin wrists. The other mats we have had, wrist rests were far to tall and made her wrists ache quite bad. This is the 3rd one I have ordered off-line and thank goodness this one is blooming right lol.The stitching is superb , so for the overall quality of the product I have given it 5 stars.Also, my wife uses a wide screen laptop and she does not have to lift up the mouse off the mat to scroll from one side to the other. On the plus side this is a sturdy mat, that is very well constructed with immaculate stitching and works perfectly as a mouse mat. So a good solid 3 stars. However the one I received is not the same as the pictures shown in the product description. The main area of the mat has a canvass texture/finish which is different from the leather finish shown in photos and doesn't look like leather !In conclusion, If I'd had seen this in a shop, I wouldn't have bought it, simply because I was after a leather looking mouse mat. I've returned the mat and bought a similar style from another seller which does look like leather (in fact it is real leather!).Update:Credit where due, the seller has updated the pictures which now show the same product as I received. I think its only fair to now rerate this from 3 to 5 stars, because of quality of manufacture, functionality and price. If you like the style and finish you see in the pictures, I'd recommend a purchase.

I was having problems with my mouse slipping on my mouse mat so bought this one as a special treat and enjoy using its as it solves all the problems had with the old one.

I am tired of the inadequate behavior of today's engineers. Has anyone actually tried to drag a mouse on this surface? I have 4 mice that have no chance of sliding on the sticky sticky surface of this product. I can not believe it. I'm tired of returns I won't send this thing back. But you getting one star. Bummer. I'm thinking of gluing a suitable material on top to slide the mouse. Otherwise it is solid made if you can use it

It looks really good, but it’s a bit hard to use use, my mouse sometimes is not moving properly. I m not sure if it’s my mouse fault or mat’s fault lol

Being a silver surfer I have used many mouse mats over the years, but this is the most comfortable one I have ever used. The thickness of the wrist support is spot-on, the material is perfect for mouse travel, and it is well made. The icing on the cake is the sheer beauty of it. Who would have guessed--a sexy mouse mat! Brilliant.

Love it, after a few days use it was better to move the mouse around a bit stiff for a few days. Larger than most mouse mats but not over big. Would but again but think this will last a long time
