Made in USA, Calf Stretcher and Foot Rocker for Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis and Tight Calves

I got to try this product upon a friend of mine breaking their ankle and they bought one, but I quickly fell in love and knew I needed one as well. Without realizing myself, I have extremely tight calf muscles and this stretcher has helped quickly alleviate that pain. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with wicked calf cramps. I highly recommend this product as a pre and post leg workout stretch as it really gets deep into your calves. I feel amazing after every use and I never realized how much I needed this product until I tried it myself. If you suffer from tight calf muscles this is a must. I highly recommend this product. It is so easy to use and provides great relief.

In the little over a month since using this product, my plantar fasciitis has significantly lessened. The directions that come with this product are easy to follow, the design is sturdy, and it really works after consistent use. I agree that it can be a tad uncomfortable when using with bare feet, but it's not completely impossible to use it this way. Also, to the readers of this review who are looking for other exercises for plantar fasciitis, freeze a disposable water bottle and roll it several times a day under your afflicted foot (feet). The movement of catching the bottle with your toes helps stretch the plantar connective tissue and the frozen water helps with inflammation.

It does what it says it does. It is the same exact same product they had me use when I did physical therapy for planter fasciitis.

I was looking for something like this and was so happy to find one that is made in the US!!It seems to be really well made and sturdy. I really enjoy using it as well.I wasn't sure if I should get the double or the single foot version. I first went with the double because I thought it would be better to stretch both side at the same time so they are even. And it works very well, however, I ended up also buying the single version for the office. It turns out I very much prefer the single over the double. I can get a better stretch with it and it also takes up a little less space and costs less. However, this may be a personal preference. Either way, I am very glad that I went with a quality product made in the USA instead of the cheapest version of this.

I’m a distance runner and cannot go without running. I started getting PF on my left foot and some days I couldn’t walk. I tried switching my shoes, stretching, new socks and nothing was helping. I reluctantly bought this because many devices “claim” to work. Within days, BOOM I’m able to run a few miles daily, walk normal and my pain is going away. I’m gradually increasing my mileage and so far so good. It’s interesting how this little device can make a world of difference. Apparently it is stretching a part of my foot I can’t get to.

Who would think that simple piece like this will be so helpful to get my son's ankle to move and improve.Very happy with this Step Stretch. Easy to use and even easier to take anywhere with us. Stable enough and heavy enough. Allows to exercise both legs (one at the time) without any preparation time.Going through the physical and occupational therapy sessions - I found out that the least complicated devise is the one that works the best. Designed perfectly, allows very comfortable movement of the ankle. Highly recommended. Little expensive, but worth every dollar. Thank You.

I originally used this product Step Stretch, Each at my physical therapist appointments. I was so impressed with the great stretch it gave me that I asked physical therapist about buying one. He gave me this website. It actually arrived a couple of days later, just in time for me to pack it in my bag and use it on my vacation. It's so light and compact that I just put it in the corner of my bag. I highly recommend it. I was in therapy for hip bursitis, when it was initially used for me, but I have also got plantar fasciitis. It really keeps all of that stretched out. Awesome. Donna

It was great for a year, then the back heel part of the stretcher broke off. It began cracking after a few months of use. This part should be a lot thicker than 8mm of plastic or should be made of reinforced metal with this design. I had to tilt it all the way down to where is was barely touching the floor. I used this barefoot and needed to put a cushioned pad on the heel and ball, otherwise there is no way to use this without shoes without tearing the skin on your heel and sole of your foot. This is also difficult to use with a shoe because the angle of the ball to the heel part allows the bulk of the shoe to interfere with the stretch. The more material placed between your foot and the apparatus, the longer it will take to begin achieving a stretch in the calf muscle. I dont recommend this product if you plan on using it for deep, daily stretching. It’s best to pay a little bit more for a product that will allow you to place your full weight on it for deep stretching without risk of breaking.
