Do not buy that E bike
I recommend you don’t buy this a bike off of Amazon. Because the bike shops why not take any responsibility on fixing it. And the battery does not last very long at all

Best large purchase I’ve made on Amazon.
I’ve had this bike for a month or two at this point and am ready for my review. So far I really love this bike. It’s massive tires make it a breeze to hop curbs or ride in snow but don’t detract from speed because of the motor. I love the way it hums underneath you at high speeds. I like that it needs a key to start the motor. It makes it harder to steal. It’s very stable, it’s fast, and it’s fun. The brakes stop on a dime too. I’ve had a couple issues with it but every issue Ive had had been solved by tech support rather promptly and they sent me all the replacement parts I needed for free. While I’d prefer an LED display for battery level and a speedometer, for the price, this bike is amazing. Besides the pips on the display are really retro and fun even though they aren’t very accurate. It’s also got a decent charge time and great range if you pedal with it. If you want a sturdy mountain bike with fat tires that’s electric and has exemplary customer service for cheap, then you want this bike.

This a big 20” bike.
Very nice looking bike, however if you’re expecting a true 20” bike expect a bike 2-3” bigger. We bought this for our son whose already been riding a standard size 20” bike for over a year and unfortunately it’s way to big for him I assume because of the tires. I would of thought however that other aspects of the bike design would have compensated so it wasn’t that much larger than a standard size 20” bike.

Worst customer service ever
Didnt work when I set it up...the company's customer service is THE WORST...luckily I have an electrician buddy, he fixed it. It's not as fast as they claim..looks cool...my next one will be at least 750 watt and from a different company.

Love this bike
Love this bike! Perfect for a 5’3 woman. Gears are easy to shift. I get up to 22mph. Rocky dirt paths are a little difficult to maneuver but I am a newbie could just be my skill level. Lol.
