Essential upgrade!
Was having tension issues on my ender 5 plus, screws slipping as i was trying to adjust the tension with the supplied tensioner. Bought 2 of these and all my issues were solved and my printer runs PERFECT. Fitted both in about 10 minutes, very easy install too.Great product and have ordered 3 more for my other printers.

Super useful, but had to reduce bed size to 215 mm
This is super useful and makes it very easy to adjust bed pulley tension. But there is a catch, I had to reduce the bed size from 220 to 215 mm as the Y gantry hits the tensioner body. No big deal for now.

Competent bit of kit
Not a huge amount to say about this. It fit easily onto my Ender 3 Pro and takes the faff out of tensioning the belt. Well made for the price.

Cheap, and does the job nicely
Cheap, but decent quality. Tensions my belt with ease.

Easy setup, works as expected on Ender 3!
Easy and quick setup on a an ender 3. It comes with bolts but it's easy to use the existing bolts on the Y axis mount. Would advise to take out the T Nuts from the channels and put them on the bolts, as you can see in my pic. Makes it quicker to slide the tensioner onto the printer frame. Have done a print with it, and nice and clean results.

Good construction, screws are too long
Bought this to replace the stock X belt tensioner on an Ender 3.The bolts provided are 12mm which will hit the inside of the extrusion before actually fastening the part in place. If you buy this product make sure you have some 8mm M4 bolts

Nice design but doesn't fit my CR20 printer.
Bought this and an X-axis one for a Creality CR20 printer (essentially an Ender3 with a box base where the electronics and PSU sit). X-Axis fits fine, but this Y-Axis one fouls on the box base.Ironically, if it was made out of metal the same thickness as the original, it would have fit just fine, but its higher quality components and thicker metal parts seem to have backfired this time around.Other people have mentioned the tiny, weak looking screws used to fasten the sides and the front, but because they're under compression, they will likely be fine in use. I have also heard about cog wobble but couldn't verify this as I couldn't install it.To be able to fit on a CR-20, the right-side part (as seen from the front of the printer when installed) needs to be trimmed at the bottom, to fit the limited clearance. There's plenty of available material available, and it should be very straightforward. I plan on doing this at some stage, but need the printer operational so it's a job for another day.

Sturdy part
Not sure what happened , but there was a pop , cracking noise and a piece went flying while using my Ender 3 V3.After some investigation, it appeared the adjuster failed, cracking easily since just plastic. The replacement part is some sort of metal, good price and easily installed.

This fits the Ender 5 plus perfectly, but with some possible caveats...
For the first 30 minutes, when trying to install this, I was absolutely LIVID! There was one video on YouTube that I could find that covered how to install these and, honestly, they AREN'T difficult to install. The problem I encountered was that, when removing the L-brackets on the pulleys, there was nothing to stabilize the Z-axis support columns! What the hell?! Then, I discovered something that irritates me to no end: I was missing the four M5x20 bolts that screw into the X-axis crossbars! Did Creality assume that, because the L-brackets were there and the corners seemed solid, they didn't need to add them or did they simply forget? I'll never know. Fortunately, I already had the necessary bolts on hand. In addition, I recycled the L-brackets by using the black stock bolt to adhere it to the Z-axis support column like it used to be, added an M4 T-nut on the second-highest rail, and used that to reinforce the corners even more.First, if you're an E5+ owner like me, my condolences on your purchase. Second, if you encounter the same problem as me, check to see if your printer is missing those M5x20 screws. If they are, and you haven't already purchased extra hardware, I suggest you do so ASAP. You never know when you'll need it, like I did.M3-M5 T-nuts: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CHJMWP5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1M3-M5 bolts/nuts: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073SW4S6C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 Stainless Steel Washers:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JC7FSCV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Mooie product
Beetje jammer dat het product op de bovenste railing gemonteerd moet worden hierdoor komen de wielen van het bed er tegenaan en gaat hij niet ver goed meer naar voren.

Une option qui facilite la tâche....
