For some years I have not relied upon NSAIDs for pain relief due to the potential kidney & liver damage they may/will cause. I have been using a liquid pain relief formulation that has provided very dependable relief to an arthritic foot. BUT two months ago I took a hard fall onto my right shoulder - major instant & continued pain in my Rotator Cuff. X-rays indicated no fractures. My go to pain liquid did not provided much relief so I took a chance on this product. Upon arrival I sprayed Stopain XS on my shoulder & within 1~2 minutes I was pain free! . For three/four days I applied Stoppain XS three/four times during my waking hours; presently after two weeks I'm down to two times a day. This product really works for me! I recommend it and will not be without it! Thanks Amazon for offering a very fine product.July 2, 2018 UPDATE.From what I'm told & read Rotator Cuff recovery takes months - I'm about two months into this issue. Presently I apply Stoppain spray to my shoulder twice daily, upon arising & immediately before retiring. Unless I do something stupid which "wakes-up" my shoulder I am completely pain free for the entire day. This product is amazing! If you suffer reoccurring or constant pain buy it you will swear by it within 24 hours.

The actual product is excellent, the problem is that it is almost impossible to dispense because it takes an impossible amount of strength to depress the button on the aerosol can. The pump bottle isn't too much better. In every use, I had to have another person apply it for me!

I have purchased this product several times. Compared to every topical ointment cream I have tried this is both easier to apply and much more effective at eliminating neck, shoulder, and knee pain. I highly recommend it.

Worked ok to relieve my neck pain. Getting exercise while shopping at a brick and mortar store vs. sitting on my ass staring at Amazon website on my computer screen worked even better.

I have the roll-on but really like the spray. This stuff works great on my back pain.

I have used Stopain for many years and it really helps but this time the spray pump failed, clogging up and it is impossible to clean. I am not happy that I paid for this product, used it twice and it no longer works
