Tool works perfectly and it is very well made. Did exactly what I needed it to do!

Cuts threads.
Cuts threads as you'd expect. Haven't tried it on anything exotic, just mild steel. Works well and the replacement inserts are nice to have.

It takes a little practice to get the hang of it. Lubrication is a must!! Mist coolant works well
