An entire strategy in a book - how he did this, I'll never know. Incredible
Loved how structured this was. Being an eCommerce professional myself struggling to Digitally Transform a large industrial manufacturer I really appreciate how the author is able to boil down very complex details into easy to understand and communicate chunks. Make no mistake - the book is written with a great deal of experience and change is what it asks of the reader. Change to keep up, change to remain relevant, change in the way an organization is structured and how it thinks. A must read for anyone in the space.

The ONLY B2B Ecommerce Book That Truly Provides Any Business With A Road Map To Digitally Transform
Brian Beck is absolutely on point with this book. I have searched everywhere for B2B ecommerce and digital transformation related books and Billion Dollar B2B ecommerce is the ONLY book I know of that provides a solid road map for digitally transforming any business of any size. Brian outlines examples of strategic initiatives taken by various organizations and the measured results. Other books speak of out-of-touch examples of digital transformation and the urgency, but do not deliver details of execution. This book explains how to actually execute a digital transformation and the pitfalls to avoid. This is the first B2B book of it's kind and vital to any business regardless of their stage of digital transformation.

Great book with tons of useful guidance
I've been driving digital transformation initiatives at my workplace for a while, and manage a team of contact center employees who hand-enter all of our B2B orders through phone and email. I utilized many of the recommendations outlined in this book to justify the investment in a B2B Commerce software platform and implementation strategy, and received approval from our CEO as a result! Highly recommend!

A must read for B2B owners and leaders
All I can say is- thank you Brian for writing this book because we really needed it!This book is packed with so much great information it is hard to know where to start this review.The whole concept of digital transformation can be overwhelming for more traditional B2B businesses where the shift to digital has been a slow move. But it is now moving into higher gear. The title of Chapter 1 says it all: "The Time is Now". This book is chock full of value for B2B'ers of all sizes, whether they are just now developing a B2B ecommerce business or are an established player. One of the book's testimonials describes it as a "Harvard Masterclass for B2B ecommerce."I couldn't have said it better myself.

The definitive reference guide to doing B2B eCommerce the right way
It's somewhat surprising that in 2020, there really hasn't been a good, comprehensive source of information if you're tasked with building out a digital or eCommerce strategy in the B2B world. Thankfully Brian stepped up to the plate to deliver just that. As an industry veteran I can easily say Billion Dollar B2B eCommerce is one of the best resources for any business regardless of their digital maturity. I look at this book almost as a survival guide of sorts. It covers topics ranging from the justification/business case, to the people to the organization to the business dynamics and even successfully selecting and implementing technology.My advice: read this book cover to cover, then keep it on your desk because every B2B digital leader will encounter every aspect covered in this book over time and it will surely serve as the best reference guide for how to navigate those situations. The real world examples and case studies really breathe live into everything Brian shares in this book.

Brilliant - a must read for 2020
Brian's book about the big shift in eCommerce for b2b product sales is very accurate, packed with critical lessons and great advice to help those business leaders new to commerce. He has relevant examples, references more sources to go deep on specific topics and guides sales, service and marketing leaders though how to integrate Commerce into your business - end to end, not as a stand alone function. I've spent 5 years in b2b commerce and learned quite a bit in each chapter, especially the "Amazon Chapter" which reveals how the retail apocalypse is coming to wholesale distribution if your firm is not unique and adding value in the sales transaction.
