I love this chalk. I use it whenever I deadlift or when my hands are too sweaty. This dries super quickly and washes off easily. Doesn't really smell and it works better than a block of chalk and leaves less of a mess on the bar!

item works the way it should small dab dry hands extra grip came with clip which my water bottle holds during the workout. the seal is a pain to get off but that's my only complaint but its a good thing so it doesn't dry up before use.

easy to store and effective

I tip my hat to whoever invented this product. I use it mainly when I am performing calisthenics. It helps me a lot when I am doing chin-ups and pull-ups. However, it is great for deadlifts and dips as well.This product has been great, I bought a few for my co-workers and they used mine instead. I had to buy more lol.You don't need a lot and can re-apply as necessary. I can go two sets before I need to reapply. It is easy to clean and also looks cool. If you like going to the gym and believe that your grip strength might be holding you back from your gains, try this.

I use this at the gym when sweat on my hands gets in the way of grip, and it works well! I wanted liquid chalk for less mess and being easier to take with me (especially the 50 mL size here) compared to a block or loose chalk. This one is easy to squeeze out, dries fast, and--most importantly--helps keep my hands dry.I have noticed that the cap needs to be closed very tight, including no liquid chalk being left in the way (otherwise it could dry out and hold the lid open *just* enough), otherwise the bottle can dry out and become much harder to use. I had this plan to buy a big bottle and keep refilling the smaller one, and unfortunately my larger bottle dried out quite a bit after the first refill. But I think I can make this work with a bit more caution next time...There seem to be some confused reviewers. The picture shows all five sizes. You choose one (or sometimes a multi-pack) under "Size," which corresponds to one of the bottles in the picture. You do not get all five in a single order.

The product itself is good and comes as described, I like how small and easy to carry it is, the chalk just doesn't help me with grip on the pole all it really did for me was just dry my hands out really bad and get white stuff all over my pole, clothes and anything that I touch.
