It makes a difference if the manufacturers have the right amounts of each of the B complex vitamins as the body only can use them as a group, and if you have a high amount of one, and a way low amount of another ....it doesnt help... as the body needs them in the correct grouping to be utilized as a whole and the low one shorts them all out. There is a super excellent book by Adelle Davis -one of the first nutritionists that understood the B vitamin correct mixture called Lets Eat Right to Keep Fit. If you are interested in your health it is very worthwhile reading! This particular B Vitamin mix is the only one Ive seen so far from this company that has it very close to right. Some of the othrs dont.

I tend to have anxiety that is occasionally overwhelming. I was attending college when I came across these and figured that even if they didn't work, it was still worth a try for me. Personally, I love the glass bottle. I know it might be weird, but it's just fun. The pills are a little difficult to choke down. Literally. I've always had a little difficulty swallowing pills, and these dissolve a little once they hit moisture and it is certainly not a pleasant taste. I prefer to prep myself with a couple gulps of water, then hold additional water in my mouth, toss in the pill and swallow it down as quickly as possible. That is then followed by yet another gulp of water. I am not sure how much these helped my stress, as I was taking other vitamins and was practicing keeping myself calm, but I didn't notice any negative effects. I did notice positives whilst taking this HOWEVER, as I stated, I was doing several other things that likely contributed. I'm currently on a break from school and have stopped taking these daily, so I still have several left. I do take them occasionally just to give myself a little extra boost, after making a disgusted face at the aftertaste that is. Shipping I believe was timely, bottle was in perfect condition. One thing I do notice after taking these is that it will turn your urine (pee, urine, whatever you prefer) a yellow or gold color. I tend to try to keep myself hydrated, thus the color is quite noticeable. If you're new to this product, just a heads-up that it's not something to be scared over. Well, a little bit, but it won't hurt you.

I have been using Solgar Vitaming B Complex with C for years. It is an excellent product, manufactured under strict supervision and accurate levels of the various B vitamins in the formula. I particularly like the brand Solgar and this formula specially, because I find the various B vitamins to be in the correct ratios. I once heard that the way to know if your body needs a particular nutrient is to smell it; If the smell is unpleasant or repulsive then stay away from that product. If the smell is barely noticeable or pleasant then go with that. This applies to all supplements, specially B vitamins and Fish Oils. This product always smells good to me and does not cause indigestion not persistent tasting and burping so common with B complex vitamins.

Good product. No problems with taking them

Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price. I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things? I feel healthy enough 😉

Go well together, Vit B calms me and Vit C protects me. Solgar are good quality and a decent strength. More potent and better value (considering strength and purity) than anything you will find in a supermarket.
