This product is good quality and works as intended. It is good when watching TV or working on the computer. I also used it while driving and it gives very good feeling and relief the pressure on the neck disks.

I have hard collars, and other soft collars. I am now 66, and do considerable work at home at a desk, and without support, I will quickly develop an inter scapular pain. Of the collars I have used, these are the most comfortable and the easiest to apply. These don't last forever, but obviously my cervical spine didn't either. Two surgeries with fusions, 2007 and 2011. The remaining levels need to be cared for, since they take the brunt of my remaining mobility and they look pretty ratty on X-ray. The limiting factor for these collars is the Velcro, which tends to lose function after daily use, removing for meals and breaks, for about 6 months, If I had a sewing machine or knew someone who did, I could probably be back in business without buying more. I am on my 6th soft collar now, 3rd hard collar and grateful each time I put it on. These are quite high (4 1/2 inches - shorter collars do not work for me - I've tried them). They still allow some mobility, but along with the excellent support they provide, I have never been symptomatic while wearing one. My only regret - they are not always available, so I buy several each time they show up on Amazon.
