Love yerba mate I’ve had a hard time finding it in my city recently so this pack was a necessity

This stuff is definitely caffeinated. It only has 150mg per can but only half of that is enough to keep me awake for hours, more-so than other things with similar amounts of caffeine.Only critique is that supply is inconsistent and prices skyrocket. Do NOT pay any more than a couple bucks for each.

So glad I found Guayaki Yerba Mate! Best energy drink on the market and I seem to tolerate it well, even though I'm very sensitive to caffeine and can't tolerate coffee or soda. I only drink 5 oz of Yerba Mate per day, and that is all I need. Since it's not carbonated, the rest of the can can be transferred to a bottle and refrigerated for later. I really like it, and I think I might be losing a little weight too. I do wish the price was lower, but I still feel like it's worth the money since one can lasts me 3 days.

Moved to a different state and can't find Guayaki Yerba Mates anywhere. So glad I can order them!
