Q: Do you have to have brake line extensions on a 2001? And do you need to buy spacers for the rear or does it come with them?

Hi, the kit does not come with wheel spacers. You can find 4/110 wheel spacers on our website DiamondJCustoms dot com ($100-120) to order with the kit! We recommend brake lines with the widening kits, we also carry those for $60. Alternatively, if you re route the stock brake lines through the a arms you should have enough length. Hope this helps! We don’t have a shock conversion kit for the rear, sorry. For the front we sell the widening kit on Amazon but not the widening kit with shock conversion that is found on our website.
