Great product, however, the price needs to be lowered. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the price. If they want long term users of their products, they are going to have to make them more accessible to people by charging less.

Terrible customer service from manufacturer. Product stated recipe available on there web-site. Then you have to be a member and pay. I emailed them requesting recipes and NO response.

I like this baking blend and it fits well with my modified low carb diet. It's a creative blend and works well for some things. If you have the THM cookbooks obviously this is designed for those recipes. To be fair, in the cookbooks they do give you a alternative recipe for their blend, plus you can google several. Even making your own can be pricey for some, these are specialized ingredients. You won't find oat fiber at Walmart.It's a very good product, I plan to make my own copycat blend to save money.

bought this as I wanted to try it, to see if it was lighter as a flour than almond flour. it's not. it's actually thicker and I needed to add additional moisture to recipes. i would equate this to almond meal instead of flour. I wasn't disappointed with it. Items like a good product. it was worth a one time try. but, for me its pricey, when I like almond flour better and have become accustomed to using almond flour in recipes. if you are going to use it, I would suggest getting their cook book, because this is not a one cup to one cup replacement for regular flour. other gluten-low carb recipes will need to be adjusted for the bulkiness of this product. it would also help if on the labeling they would give a conversion from flour to their product, it would help put who want to use recipes other than theirs.

I'm a drive thru Sue. I don't have time to mix three or four ingredients together BEFORE I start a recipe. This baking blend makes the THM recipes a piece of cake! No pun intended! But it simplifies all of your baking while on the healthy momma plan.

I'm giving it a 4 because of the price. Seriously$17 for flour?! It's awesome but I only made 3 of their recipes and it was gone. Great product, WAAAAAYYY overpriced. Lower the price or put more in the bag. Pretty ridiculous, it's not THAT good.

Looks like the package was opened. You can see it the seal was opened and the flour came out of the plastic. How could nobody in the shipping department notice this??

Product expires in one month. What kind of shelf life is this for a baking flower. I tried returning it and it says it's unable to be returned. Was this the manufacturer or Amazon?
