I wasn't bothered about being able to fold this - if anything this was a bonus to me as I'm hoping the rigidity makes its more robustArrived within 2 days (and on a Saturday) which was brilliant although I didn't get any delivery or tracking info until after it was deliveredThe box is massive! but it did say it would be, so make sure you are in when it arrives as it cant be left on the doorstep.Segway branded box (small label on side) so confident of the quality.Fully charged and assembled too so used it straight out of the box.No instructions but was able to download them online (there was a gap in the side of the box so assume they fell out in transit)Unlike the foldable ones there is no underlighting - not an issue for me as whats the point! and also its a draw on the power.Other notes:It is heavy - heavier than a bikeSuspension? - no not really, best on smooth surfacesNo warranty info - will explore this with segwayOverall very happy

Item arrived as described. Really fast and really fun! Had one previously but definitely not to the same quality as the Segway.Downside would be that it didnt come with a folding feature but I was easily able to buy this from Segway for an extra £100 and fit so still worked out way much cheaper than normal.

Confusion over model number on the product from amazon, they list it at a snsc1.1 and on the board itself its snsc1.0. With this product, it doesnt have the rear suspension, Or the underneath ‘floating’ lights. Additionally, there was a product review that stated that it could be converted into a fold up with one easy part. This is NOT the case.I’m extremely dissatisfied. I do hope to hear from both Amazon and the seller, ‘Inspired laptops’, to resolve this issue.

Before buying this scooter I researched many and settled on the Segway Ninebot.I live three miles from my place of work and the daily commute was my main reason for buying.The scooter performs well, it accelerates quickly, the battery life is good, although not exactly as advertised, and the top speed is fast enough at around 27kph. The delivery was excellent, it arrived several days before the expected delivery date. The lights are great addition as road safety and being seen are very important to me.I usually cycle to work on a mountain bike, and it is fair to say I do feel a little more exposed on the scooter than I do on my bike. I stick to cycle paths where I can but if I need to turn, riding one handed to indicate is very tricky.The suspension is minimal and you do feel a fair amount of road shock through the scooter, I wouldn’t want to ride it too much farther than three miles.The electric brake is OK, it slows you rather than stops you, I would say that an emergency stop would be very difficult without pre- posting your foot on the rear brake, but I tend not to ride with my foot hovering over the brake.I find riding in the wet not so enjoyable, you could say a little scary. Where the front wheel is driven, I have had it slip when not on tarmac. I haven’t fallen off yet, but if you were going to fall, it would be more likely to happen in the wet. The solid tyres don’t offer brilliant wet grip.To sum up, I haven’t retired my bike. I still ride most days, especially when rain is forecast, but the scooter performs well and the battery life and speed gets me to work in around the same time it takes me to cycle, and I have commuted five times on one charge with lights on, whilst on the top speed setting.It pairs with your phone pretty easily and allows for a little customising if you are into all that. A few of the boys at work have had a go and all have been impressed. I’m happy with it, especially for the money. A proper lever brake would be a nice addition and better tyres would make it feel a bit more stable in the wet, but overall I like it.

This is fantastic a lot faster than expected battery power is excellent on this also I would recommend this to anyone thinking of buying one this is the one to buy

Very smooth and fast great scooter

Excellent e scooter no complaints just shame there not legal to ride in uk yet. Not really had chance to try properly but it did want it says speeds right, app works fine, just dont now about battery and distance you can go on one charge.
