I bought this without looking at what neck size it can cover.I’ve used it and it is very good but because my neck is bigger than the collet when I inflate it the filler gets a bit tight on my throat.That being said it is a good item but just too small for me

I have been suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck for 3months. I’ve tried lots of things to ease this ending up on very strong pain killers. I saw this on Amazon ans I was very sceptical but bought it as I was in so much pain it was worth a try. Can’t quite believe how brilliant this is. From my first use a felt a slight relief. I have been using it 4 days now and I know I’m in my way to recovery. I find it a bit uncomfortable to wear but it is worth it with the stretch and ease it brings to my neck.

My experience with the SI WEI Cervical Neck Traction Device was less than ideal. Despite its promise of instant neck pain relief, I found it uncomfortable and awkward to use. The inflatable and adjustable design did little to improve my comfort, and the overall size felt cumbersome. Personal preferences may vary, but I couldn't recommend it based on my experience.

Worked fine the two times used, now as soon as i stop using air pump the neck brace deflates making it unusable. Trying to contact Amazon customer Service appears to be waste of time as system just keeps taking you around in circles so you are unable to report anything or ask questions.Will not be using Amazon as much in future as I prefer more after purchase service.

I like this item after recently starting to suffer from cervical head pain. I like being able to lie back while being supported although when inflated my checks are sometimes pushed up into a hampster pose! However for at home use..a small investment and a good device that gives solid support. You can't go wrong as you control the level of inflation through the handheld pump attached.

Holds neck steady but a bit cunbersome.

Good to put pressure on the lower jaw, push chicks up and cut blood circulation. I didn’t expect much but I was not expecting so little. It might work for many, it makes me question the veracity of many reviews, but for me, that I needed something like that to work minimally, it doesn’t work. I cannot recommend this cheap product as it doesn’t work for me.
