I usually do not believe in these energy vitamins, as I have bought others and did not find that I was more energetic than usual. But these actually work. I felt the difference the first day I took them, and they didn't make me feel jittery or anything weird, just felt like my normal self with more energy.

I was tired all the time, day after day. I decided to give it a try. The first day I had stomach ache and no energy. Second day I took 2 pills as described on the bottle. I had EXTREME energy. No Joke! I felt like I could run a marathon. Downside of that is that the energy interrupted my sleep. I had to force myself to sleep and kept waking up during the night. The next day was extremely surprising to me, because I woke up without my alarm and didn’t struggle to get out of bed. I was able to sleep only 3 hours and woke up with energy. I decided to take one pill instead of 2. I was able to continue my day with energy but not extreme like the previous day. Towards the night I felt feeling tired and that’s great, because I need to sleep. My conclusion is that the pill works and I love that I am not tired as I was before. I no longer need coffee or energy drink. Is such an awesome pill. I will continue to take one pill a day.

Noticed no difference in my energy at all. I did notice that I had horrible stomach cramping and pain when I began taking this product. Be careful.

So I didn’t realize how well this would work for me. The first day I took it, I didn’t really feel a whole lot of it’s effects. The next day however, I was ready to go running (I never go running). I had so much energy at work, I was kinda bouncing off the walls. This was taking the recommended dose also. The only problem I really had was this lasted all night and I had trouble going to sleep. The next day when I had to wake up at 4am though, I was ready to go. I did take a day off from taking them but the next day I did start back but I only had taken 1 pill. So far I have a more calm energy but if you really need a pick me up, this will do it.

This supplement had the opposite effect on me, as it did with others who have also said the same in their reviews. It made me so lethargic and sluggish I could barely get off the couch. I was having some trouble with fatigue, but this supplement made it so much worse. I literally could not function. Do not recommend.

Took about a week to start working and after the 3rd week it feels like it stopped working as well as the 2nd week. As an overall, I do feel that this has helped but, in subtle ways.Update: So I tried taking a different brand of adrenal support and the biggest difference is the HUM helped with my skin way more than the other brand. I’ve fought with acne my entire life and this is the only product that has cleared my skin up and kept it clear for over a month. Just for this difference, I will be ordering more in the future.

Edit: so I’m running low on just this one vitamin, I came back to Amazon to order & you’ve raised the price so I will patiently waiting for my Hum order to arrive.Hum Vitamins are hands down the greatest vitamins on Earth!! I buy them through Hum to get the discount if for some unforeseen reason I run out I turn to Amazon which is always there when I need them most! Uber Energy was a game changer for me, I absolutely love it & couldn’t imagine my life without it!! I have my husband & daughters takin Hum vitamins. I use Daily Cleanse, Flatter Me, OMG, Big Chill when life gets a bit too overwhelming, Collagen Love, & lets not forget Moody Bird which absolutely works.. although buyer beware it increases fertility!!! Just saying it balances the hormones a little too well!! I could go on & on... but please try them for yourself!! They’re marketed for beauty but I take them because of the quality of their ingredients, I’m more concerned with how I feel... these vitamins changed my life in so many ways!!! P.S. I use Raw One whole food multi vitamin... with my Hum vitamins... I’m 38 & I feel so amazing, better than I have in a very very long time, physically.. mentally... emotionally!!! Disclaimer- always check with your physician before adding vitamins, minerals & herbal supplements to your daily routine, especially if you take prescription medications. I understand that not everyone will have the same results... I have been taking them for 2 years now & wouldn’t dare stop.. I have lupus & suffered for so long before finding these vitamins.

Somewhat of energy but wore off right away(hour or two), I think this product made me tired than what I already was, I just wanted some extra energy to make through work and school but this was not the answer. I have a go to product that’s the same price, I just wanted to try something new and more on the natural side but will continue my purchase at GNC instead.
