sturdy, hangable, and kind
I framed mine and hung it in my bedroom. I'm a beginner, and wanted a guide through the salutation steps while I get comfortable with it. I wasn't going to frame and hang it, but it really looks nice and brings a little zen to my space. It's fairly heavy card stock so it doesn't have to be framed.I call it kind, because the woman pictured in the poses has an average body. She isn't skinny (or chunky), and she is dressed in the same kind of workout clothes I would wear. So it's about the poses, not about that perfect body image. She doesn't make me feel inferior.

Print quality of poster is very poor
The print quality of the poster is very poor, it looks faded the colors are dull. The names of the poses are not labeled on the poster either, so if you want to know what the pose is called, well, you're out of luck.The poster is not worth the price. I returned it for a refund.
