Samsung Galaxy Tab E 16GB 9.6-Inch Tablet SM-T560 - Black (Renewed)

The tablet and assessors arrived as scheduled. The tablet was in excellent condition. I knew it was a refurnished device however I was not expecting the tablet to be a Verizon Samsung Tablet. The tablet works great with WiFi and a sims card is not needed. I am pleased with my purchase and the tablet will be sufficient for my daughter to use in her speech therapy sessions.

Of course, the Galaxy line is Samsung's answer to Apple's Ipads and this particular model is a more affordable "trimline" but doesn't skimp on power, speed, and features. The 10" size is perfect. This "renewed" product feels and runs so good, I would never know it is "Amazon renewed" if it wasn't for the special box. Surely I thought the battery might not be as good as new, but nope, not the case. Battery life is excellent. I would buy more of these.

It's beautiful. But so old I can't really use it for very much. Disappointed. But it's still a class act for what it can still do.

Tablet works great. Can’t tell it’s not brand new (it’s refurbished). Mostly use it for Netflix and other streaming. Sometimes slow to start but once going it is fine. Case bought separately

I bought 2 of these Samsung Galaxy Tab E 16GB 9.6-Inch Tablet SM. This item is garbage. Why? They are slow and one of them broke (1/2 screen went blank making it unusable) after less than 4 months. Seller (Good As New Electronics) & Amazon washed its hands and had me contact Samsung support directly. After trying to open a support ticket with Samsung they tell me it's out of warranty. After some back and forth about the fact I purchased it less than 4 months ago Samsung Support ask me to upload the receipt and then agree to repair it. I send the broken item in and about a week later a get the "It's out of warranty - you have to pay for repair" phone message again, this time from the repair shop. The email for Samaung with a link to the repair tracking web page leads to a 404 page not found. I tried calling the Samsung repair phone number in the email and it just rings and rings then hangs up. Bottom line: my whole experience with this product has been very poor.

Bought this for my son, battery life is amazing, very easy to use, brightness is great. No scratches.

Bought this as a replacement for our original tablet. The 1st tablet had not been reset, but was still set up for medical office patients. The replacement we got for it had constant blue flashing lines when watching videos. We asked for another replacement. Gave it a good try but it too had flashing blue lines with watching videos. Their customer service was always very responsive and helpful. Alway quick to send us a replacement easily. But with 3 tablets in a row that were not in proper working order, we returned the item and will look elsewhere. Pretty disappointing.

Needed replacement for my last tablet, and this filled the bill perfectly. Runs great but didn't come with a simple card...must buy yourself but works fine and good product. Good work on the Amazon renew dept.

me equivoque buscaba algo mas actualizado y mas fluido la tablet la necesito para un estudiante de educación media y la verdad no se si pudiera cambiarla por algo mejor por lo demas estoy satisfecho por el tiempo de entrega y el embalaje gracias.
