I am literally just beginning to try it for the first time & have it on my head right now, no hairdryer on yet, But Im sure it will do the trick!Ok, an hour later Im editing my review. Its excellent. I have to learn how to use it ..as in the best way to tie it for comfortable use eg. Well Iv been almost about to buy an expensive salon type stand hair-dryer...but its not necessary now Ive discovered this.I have long hair & its a pain in the *** drying it in winter especially. Its tiring & boring sitting there with a hairdryer in my hand, for ages..not being able to do anything.. But right now Im tying this as I dry my hair all for a few quid, & works fine with my small portable hair dryer.

Not too impressed. Takes ages to dry your hair and my hair just came out frizzy. Wouldn't buy again.Thankyou

I had purchased one of these hooded dryer attachments before (from a different brand) and always had to hold the hood to stop it from flying off. The adjustable strap on this product means I am comfortably able to multitask.I have used this while deep conditioning and my hair felt amazingly soft after. I also used it to dry my braids for a braid out, which also worked well for that. If you have a sensitive scalp and want to use it to dry braids/twists/rollers etc, (styles where your scalp is exposed I recommend wearing a silk bonnet or head scarf under the hooded dryer so that your scalp does not heat up too much. This feels way more comfortable than the hooded dryers at the salons. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased for holiday. Can't say I found it helpful you may need to experient with it. Found it flattened my hair. Quick delivery.

So this is a good little item and it does do the job you just need to make sure doing it correctly. If you pull the draw string too tight when the heat goes through it will blow it up high of the head so don't draw it tight. Also the heat from the drier needs to be low not high it will burn the back of your neck. For steaming the hair make sure not the hot air it just dried out the hair, that's good for styling the hair in rollers or something but definitely not steaming it needs to be the lowest setting going. I think this will work just need a bit of practice but I think even if didn't use a hair dryer and had all day, could put this on under your do and it will set over time. That's what I may do on my kid but yeah it's worth the price and quite a cool invention so I'm happy 😊
