A few years ago I started wearing a waist trainer and dropped a few dress sizes. The trick is to buy one smaller than the size you would normally wear then buy a smaller one as you progress. What I love about this one is it's just the zipper, not the hook and eye. Also it has two bands and the Velcro on it is super strong!! For those not used to wearing one, start zipping it up inch by inch at the smallest part of your waist area. For instance, I'm smaller right under my bust, so I start there, it takes some practice, but start the slow zipping, pulling it down as you zip up. What I also like about this one is it's longer than most, so it comes to my mid hip. Just fyi, I'm 5'4, 170lbs. Waist is 39 inches, I bought the large and it's perfect. Great for back support too!

This came in great packaging and it looks nice. Fits great so far. I’m really looking for a loss of inches. Will update by end of the summer if any inches melted away.Two week update: I have lost two inches on my waist without any exercise added. Slightly better eating habits but not much better. I’m going to start with a strict diet and exercise routine. My goal is to shed 12 more inches on my waistline. Will keep updating!Update: It’s been about 4 weeks now. I’m not as consistent as I was when I first got it. I don’t think I lost any more inches since I don’t use it regularly, but my stomach looks closer to normal now. Normal as in my stomach isn’t just bulging out. Just bought a t-shirt for the first time in a looong time to test new me and it’s amazing. Will keep using and updating!Update: shed an additional inch as of today July 12 2020. I’ve started walking a bit and doing like 20 minute exercises. I know I can probably do more so hopefully ill be able to start doing more exercises to get more inches down. I mainly just wear it for like 2 hours a day or so.Update: October. Haven’t lost any weight. Work out sporadically. Lost 3 inches total so far. I don’t use the trainer as much as I should. Hopefully I’ll commit to it more because it’s really helped me have a more normal looking stomach.Update June 2021 I don’t know why I can’t do a new review but such is life. I stopped using this trainer for a while and tried other ones plus exercise. In a year I only lost 1 more inch.Now I just bought the large when I was previously an XL. I lost one inch in the first week. I use it when working out. I am sorry I got anything else to be honest. How does the product fit? It’s a bit snug but I did that on purpose. I want to maximize my inches lost. I would suggest getting two (one that fits and one that may be too small). See which one works best.I’m a believer now and will push in to try to lose 4 inches plus diet and exercise. I only wish I had never stopped using this last year. I’d probably have a perfect 24 inches by now. If I lose 4 more inches I’ll feel like a miracle cuz I don’t do targeted core ab exercises atm. Just cardio (walking etc.)

I've never used a waist trainer before, so my experience may be a bit different than others. I'm usually pretty skeptical of these things, but the reviews were good, so I decided to give it a try.I'll start with the sizing: my waist is 36 inches. Based on the sizing chart in the description, I should have gotten an XL, but I went with a L and I'm glad I did. It took a little effort to get the zipper started. But once it was on, it was quite snug but not enough to restrict my breathing! 😁 The length is great! I'm a hair over 5 foot tall. This goes from right under my bra all the way down to cover my mommy pooch! Exactly what I was looking for!It's comfortable enough to wear around the house all day. However if you need to bend over to do anything, you will need to stoop/bend at your knees (bending at the waist will be very uncomfortable).I will say, this trainer WILL make you sweat....even with minimal activity. If you have sensitive skin, I would definitely recommend wearing a light t-shirt underneath the trainer. I would also not recommend wearing it for an extended period of time after a lot of sweating. I had to run errands after a walk and left the trainer on for the rest of the day. After taking it off, my skin was very irritated.The first day of wearing it, I also noticed the boning at the bottom of the trainer had dug into the top of my thigh, near my bikini line, and rubbed it raw. Making sure my t-shirt came down past the bottom of the trainer seemed to remedy that.I wear mine approximately every other day, so I'm sure my results will be slower and less noticeable than others.I definitely recommend this trainer to give great back support as well as to make you sweat! As far as cinching my waist, time will tell and I will update this review with my progress.

I just gave birth 2months ago and had a postpartum waist trainer that was sooooo uncomfortable and would make me muffin top. That one cost me $80 . This one is perfect and holds me in super well. I went with the Small and I’m 135lbs for reference. Don’t even hesitate to buy this! The 2 strap zipper one is hands down worth it.

The Neoprene Compression Sauna Waist Trainer Sweat Belt offers favorable construction, compression, thickness, hookage and appearance. Looks as if it would provide good back support during workouts. However, I wish it was available in longer lengths and larger sizes. Unfortunately, it did not fit comfortably for me. Overall, it's a decent product but could benefit from more size options for a better fit.

This product works great. Quality is really good. Thick material and strong stitching. I’m 5’7 & 180 and got the Large, fits great. Tightening it gives my waist that hourglass shape. This provides me the perfect amount of compression I need and corrects my posture. I did not notice a smell when opening or wearing.

I am greatly pleased with this! I have had back surgery last October.. still having issues but I find wearing this belt on a daily basis helps reduce the pressure on my lower back and keeps me from bending in way that irritate my lower back more so. And extra bonus.... my belly fat is decreasing too :)

A struggle to put on but once you figure it out you will love it .

I like that it's fit just right. You can wear it for a long time through the day because the material it's made of feels comfortable.
