Paper Mate EverStrong #2 Pencils, Reinforced, Break-Resistant Lead When Writing, 72-Count

Nice product, fair price, good service;

Excellent quality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Strong Pencils! These Paper Mate EverStrong pencils are perfect for everyday use. The lead is reinforced so it doesn’t break easily, and they write smoothly. The eraser works well and doesn’t smear. Overall, strong, reliable pencils that are great for school or work.

These pencils are about 7mm around the ferrule band, other pencil brands (which I don't think I'm allowed to say names) are a bit bigger, around 7.2mm. Who cares? Being slightly smaller means that if you use certain arrow top erasers (the pink ones by this same brand), you will notice they are ever so slightly loose compared to other brand pencils. It still erases and holds on well enough but it is a marginally worse experience, I doubt any normal person will notice. That said, I think that these pencils hold up to their claim, the lead is noticeably stronger in my limited testing. These are a great contender to the other brand (I'm sure you can guess who) and their price is strong compared to them as well. If someone were to ask me which pencils to buy I would tell them to get these (but probably the pre-sharpened ones).

I bought one of these used but like "new" for $6 and when I got it, the box was never opened but has minor damage on the corners as expected from its journey to delivery. I opened the seel of the box for the first time and all 72 are accounted and undamaged and I love the amazon sticker that says thanks to you, you give this product another change. Which I find it adorable. Its writing has a good feedback like a soft coding to prevent scratching the paper. The wood is more likely basswood similar appearance to cedar but smells like nothing. They sharpen easily, their size of the girth is slimmer than other brands like Dixon. Would recommend these for kids too. Their appearance look more handsome than the Ticonderoga due to the use of a golden brass-burgandy stripe ferrule that holds its eraser in place with the pencil.

These were a great value for the #2 yellow pencils and they're all sharpened!! They are perfect for all school work for my 2 teenagers.

We go through a lot of pencils so it's nice to get a big pack that will last a while. No complaints.
