Needed this for a class I was taking. The product shipped fast and the book was in good condition. There is also a ton of information in these books!

Great book, very complex and will prepare you to be a leader in the fire service.

Was an acceptable used book as described. All pages were there. Arrived in the time that was estimated. No writing or highlighting was in the book. Wish the description included that the cover was missing. Would use again.

Good book, fast service. Book had a couple "slices" in the back cover. We will see how the rental goes.

$118 for this thin boring paperback?!?! So tired of the ridiculous prices of these books used for promotional exams in the fire service. The testing companies and these publishers have to be in together on this racket. in two years a new addition will come out and they will rearrange some chapters and they will charge you even more. Ridiculous! no one in there right mind whatever by this book to read on their own to work in the fire service. The only reason you would own this book is to take a promotional exam. There is nothing about true firefighting or personal management in this book. Absolute nonsense.
