I am sipping my first tea from this mug as I write this review.First of all, for absolute clarity, I was looking for a decent sized (at least 500 ml) mug / flask *with* infuser to hold tea through my work hours. This product fell short of size mark however it was available for next day delivery hence I zeroed in on it. From the pictures I assumed that the infuser came along with the mug, but that's my fault, I should have read the product details better. I was annoyed when I didn't find the infuser in the mug when I got it today and did the closer reading of product detail then.However, along with the mug came a leaflet with directions to get the infuser free. It gave me the link to their site to register the product and get the infuser which I did.Here onward, for me personally, the road was one of great customer brand experience. The email confirmation for registration and that the infuser will be dispatched was auto triggered and super fast. Most important was the content of the email, I felt engaged and involved with the business. Very creative method of engaging customers and ensuring loyalty.About the product:1. As I mentioned earlier, it does not come with the infuser. You will need to register using the leaflet to get your free infuser.2. The mug is tall, sturdy and easy to hold and use with a single hand.3. The side grip is slim and may not be handy if you plan to use the mug like you would hold a cup. However, I use it as a slip free grip and slide my finger through the grip when holding the mug.4. The heat does not radiate through the mug, so you can certainly hold it up with your bare hand.5. The mug sustains the heat for a long period. I have had the tea in there for about 2 hours now and it still feels almost as hot as it was when I poured it in.6. The filter on the lid is useful in case you plan to use ice cubes with your drink, however they were not effective in keeping the tea leaves in.7. The sipper is on the lip is controlled with a clicky button in the center and it sure does it's job. Did not experience any leak or spillage.8. The lid sits tight on the mug and is absolutely spill and leakage proof. I filled the mug and let it sit upside down for about 5 mins. There was not spillage whatsoever.Overall Impressions - Great product by a great upcoming brand!

The Delivery and Product registration was fantastic. Purchased for taking for foreign travel. all other features need to explore after use. For the time being good experience

Very heavy and not “very portable”.The cap fittings are not entirely leakproof, and the button on the lid malfunctions most of the time. Due to this, the heat is lost quicker than most coffee mugs available.The product also reached in a “squeezed shape”, which clearly shows the low quality of the mug. Refer attached picture and video.The customer service was horrible as the response i received was very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

In four month time the colour coat started coming out . This is my second purchase , the earlier red colour one was better . Otherwise the flasks are good
