Le CreusetStoneware Large 2-3/4-Quart Utensil Crock, Red

I love this crock!! I got it in red, I love the crock in this color!! The red is not just one color red, it is a darker red hue on the bottom and lightens up as you go up the crock. The color is deep, rich and poppy. My other kitchen decor is black, white and stainless so this crock stands out beautifully!! It is heavy, it looks and feels of the highest of quality, the size is perfect and large enough to hold all my utensils. This purchase was my first Le Creuset purchase-I am now happily hooked and will be shopping for more. Highest recommendations :)

This just arrived today and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! I'm sure you could also bake something in here but it will take me a lifetime to figure out what :) This is a beautiful, LARGE Le Creuset piece, in their current red with it's lovely bright red on top fading to a very dark red ; it changes colors about half-way down. My kitchen was all in blue but I just fell in love with this red color and got matching towels - no regrets :) I put 20 utensils in here and they all fit comfortably with just a minute's tweaking. This crock is for your large utensils, not the small ones (i.e., garlic press, basting brush, can opener); you won't be able to see those small ones from the top which I would think would be annoying. Also, IF YOU ARE NOT A COOK, YOU WILL NOT LIKE THIS CROCK. For example, if you just have the standard stuff for occasional baking or making pasta (I can relate; that was me for a very long time). It will be way too big and all of your stuff will slide down and be side-ways and not look as cute. You know, if you have one or two spatulas, a few spoons, maybe a slotted spoon and maybe a whisk. Then don't get this jar. But if you really love to cook and have a GAZILLION large/regular sized utensils, YOU WILL LOVE THIS.

I purchased this item in blue for my mother and was surprised at how large and durable it was, so I got myself one in red. I love Le Creuset items, but let's be honest in saying there is no justifiable reason a spoon rest should cost $20+ or a utensil holder to be in the $40-50 range. Their items are too expensive, but they are nice. If you can afford them, I highly recommend you look at their products.

I love it! I love it! I love it! After years of overstuffed drawers getting stuck and a tiny little stainless canister that tipped over and couldn't contain half of my cooking utensils - this crock has been a blessing to my countertop organization. No longer do I have miscellaneous spatulas and whisks scattered about. The Le Creuset Utensil Crock is roomy and attractive and not only does it hold every single cooking spoon, spatula, whisk, and ladle - but there is even room for more gadgetry as I continue to acquire it. The red color is rich and warm and looks great in the kitchen. It does take up SOME room, but if you already have a utensil holder - this will more than likely fit in the same space... just take up a bit more room. Can't believe it took me as long as it did to find this - but so thrilled it is now part of my kitchen collection.

This was shipped as a gift for my parents. Item was shipped promptly, but they received it with some pieces broken.

I give this 5 stars for the size, quality and overall look of this utensil caddy. However, I also give one star (woulda been zero if I had the ability to do so) for the stickers and product inserts...the stickers don't just peel off and the product insert, attached to the bottom of the inside of the crock, was affixed with some kind of space-age adhesive and I had to spend a LOT of time and elbow grease to get it off. Boo on the manufacturer for not using easier to remove stickers.The crock is Le Creuset's usual quality and craftsmanship. I really like the crock. It's sooo much larger than the one I had. Now I don't have to cram my spoons/spatulas/tongs in the caddy anymore and watch them all fall out when I try to remove one. It's a perfect size caddy...just beware of the time you'll need to spend getting rid of the stickers.

I love this crock! It's a very nice size and the color is rich and wonderful! The weight is also nice, so I won't have to worry about it tipping over. I have 2 slotted spoons, one spaghetti spoon, 4 non-slotted spoons, 3 turners and 4 spatulas in this crock and they fit with enough room to spare so that they're not a pain to get in and out of the crock. I'm sure I could fit a few more utensils in there without issue if I needed to do so. Plus, it's Le Creuset and the price is super reasonable. What's not to LOVE?!?! It makes my plain white ceramic crock look like junk!

No more flimsy little aluminum utensil holder that doesn’t hold enough and falls over. This is super solid, heavy, and large. I love it and it’s going to last a lifetime!

lovely pot for my kitchen stuff, it arrived next day due to my prime. It is heavy but very attractive pot. Have put next too my red tiles in the kitchen and it looks great. would recommend
