Absolutely avoid at all cost
The product I am unable to review because it arrived not on DOA but had been tampered with and disassembled along. The parts of the Amp that were disassembled were not even put back but rather thrown away leaving an Amp with missing exterior end caps that hold the outer case together and the screws that hold the case and internal board together. Of course this puts the vehicle at risk of fire and the installer risk of extreme bodily harm. Why is that? Look closely at the pics. The Amp had previously experienced a catastrophic short circuit that welded three 40 amp fuses to the fuse blocks. The surge required for a short circuit of this nature can result in severe bodily injury if not death resulting from the insane amount of energy released during that catastrophic product or installation malfunction. Not to big of deal if the company who sold it stands behind the product. However this merchant repackaged this Amp hastily with no disclosure or even attempted to fix it. Instead the merchant intended to re sell it with the hope of creating a fire or harming someone. There is no possible way it could have been overlooked. No doubt this will fall under gross negligence on top of knowingly selling dangerous products to consumers.Update...contacted bbb and consumers affairs

Works as advertised
I have it in a small truck with custom box in the extra cab. Front channel powers 4 Cerwin Vega 6x8s in the doors rear channel handles 2 audio pipe 6” mids and the sub is a 450 watt Cerwin Vega 12”. 4x30 amp fuses, accepts 4 gauge power cable. Seems to have ample power to run the entire system loud and without distortion. Sub goes low, hits hard. Amp is mounted under the seat and does get warm. Have had it for 7 weeks with no issues.

I have 4- 6 1/2 speakers and a 10 in woofer. This amp is perfect .
