It works very well. I love the purity of the water and its wonderful, refreshing taste. It is very easy to install, and the water flow is good — fairly fast. I also appreciate the separate water tap feature, which helps extend the life of the filter. With its two-year lifespan, I don’t have to change the filter frequently, making it convenient and cost-effective. It’s a great addition to my kitchen

Our old system no longer had filter replacements and I replaced it with this about a month ago. Item arrived on time and is as described. The parts supplied all fit my fittings and the unit was basically easy to install (you do have to be able to get under your sink!). We have not had any leaks and the water pressure is great. I had my husband do a taste test with tap water and he picked the water from this unit hands down. The faucet is nice looking behind my sink. I appreciate that the filter will last 2 years and water is clear and has no smell. I highly recommend.

We bought this water filtration system to replace our Bodyglove one. That old one had filters that lasted about a year and cost about $300 to replace. They're also super hard to find. This Waterdrop system was super easy to install as a replacement for our old system. The flow rate is much better than our old filter and the water tastes great. The filter lasts about 2 years and is super cheap to replace compared to the old Bodyglove one.

Updated my water 2 filter filtration system with WaterDrop system. Hydration is important for our health. The WaterDrop product fit the solution for an under the sink function for glass of water use. I used a licensed plumb to install. It took 3 hours. The products parts were easily identified within the packaging. My standard cold shut off was not compatible with the WaterDrop feed water adaptor so extra work for my plumber. The faucet shut does not come with an end piece aerator so got 6-7 dops come out each time when you shut off the water faucet when filling your glass. This could be a product enhancement for their next generation system, I really like the easy of replacing each cartridge with a quarter tub. The paper installation instructions were also well written. I am satisfied with the purchase.

Very happy with my purchase. Prior to purchasing this filter, I was using the britta pitchers which easily cracked. Then, I decided to buy this water filter and I am glad I did. My husband installed it with no issues. The water filter works great! Clean water on demand without having to refill anything. Water quality improved. Design is beautiful.

Second one I’ve bought. If you’re slightly handy you can install this yourself. Comes with everything you would need for a variety of supply line configurations. Good price for a solid setup. Nice modern look too. Water is noticeably better than tap and the flow is strong. I would suggest adding a flow restrictor if you have high water pressure like us in the city. Replacing the cartridge every year is pretty essential to keep the water tasting good.

This filter has turned my rather nasty tasting city water into some very palatable drinking water. I have had three separate undersink filter brands over the years. This one has the best taste. Contrary to some reports, this also has the best flow of any I've had before. I'm trully impressed to date. This is a recent install. So I cannot attest to the claims of the long filter life. However, given the low cost of the replacement filter, even replacing it every 6 months would be less expensive than the previous filters I've had.

I purchased this over a year ago installation was easy and quality was excellent, after the warranty period I had an issue and called them up for advice. They were extremely accommodating and helped solve my issue within a matter of minutes they went above and beyond even after the warranty was over I would highly recommend them.
