I had to replace my old four piece and trying to find one I liked in the proper design was a bit of a challenge. I love this faucet set. Color is perfect for my decor, works great (old one stopped having consistent stream and hose didn't work). I had a knowledgable friend install it for me and he didn't have any issues. I can't speak for all the other bad reviews, but I'm thrilled to pieces. Thank you.

Installation was fairly easy but as soon as I turned the water back on I had very low water flow. I have flushed all the lines and tested for good water pressure. Even bought a replacement cartridge and tried that. Still only a small water flow. Will have to replace with something else.

Absolutely love this faucet ! Goes great in my kitchen with the granite counter tops . A antique vibe which I like .

After installing in the small space that I had because you have to have the handle next to the faucet and because the tubing feed is softly made it crimps/kinks so the water flow is very low. It is very frustrating. They have no fix for this. I removed it and the whole thing again. It came to me to put a stiff strong hose from my old sprayer as you can see in pic I cut it to size and cut down the long way and wrapped it around the soft hose and taped it with electrical tape to prevent it from kinking it. This faucet is poorly designed, If the diverter connections can be switch to the strong sprayer hose to be on the side and this soft feed hose to be at the bottom of diverter it may help that soft hose from kinking. I suggest looking into a solution or many customers will have issues with maybe this and other faucet similarly designed.

We purchased this faucet just over a year ago. It looks great and matches our kitchen hardware. However in the time we have owned it - 1. The soap dispenser broke - would not pump. 2. Sprayer started sticking‘open’ and you had to bang it to get it to shut off. 3. Then today the spray would not cut off.I fully expected a name brand faucet to do better. I really can’t recommend this item

I needed to replace one just like this. I would have chosen differently but the holes are already cut in the counter. If not I would have chosen same color because it is what I wanted in that reguard.But it works well and so far no issues.

Started leaking at control handle just after a year. Replacing cartridge (assuming that would be the fix) is way too difficult. I have watched several videos on how to replace the cartridge on several other Pfister products and they are much easier, but the sheath over the control body is almost impossible to remove on this model without uninstalling the whole product. Absolute joke. Bad enough the system failed in such a short amount of time, but then to be nearly unrepairable.. Lets just say some people really shouldn't be engineers.. The world needs ditch diggers too!
