Not for Eshopps ADV-100!!
Pros: product was clean, new, and of good quality.Cons: even though it will “fit” an eshopps sump, it is obviously larger. With the added filter material, the filter sock does not want to sit properly in my Eshopps ADV-100 sump... rendering it useless. All of the added filter material creates dead spots and high flow spots so it actually clogs faster and requires faster attention because the filter sock media is bunched up. All of that depends on if the water flows through the sock. With the ADV-100’s design, the water flows over an acrylic table and trickles over the sock edge down into the sock... with all the media, the edge wouldn’t always sit flush which would cause water (and unwanted waste) past the filter, into the sump, and potentially back to the display tank.Good attempt and I would buy plenty more if it actually fit my sump. The photo I provide shows this filter on the left and an Eshopps brand filter on the right. HUGE difference.

The stitching is not strong or done right at all it was unraveled when it came out of the package !
These are horrible! They were already apart when taken out of the package ! “Heavy duty stitching” the stitching didn’t even go all the way across the filter socks ! They DO NOT fit my eshopps they are about 2” too long so they do not sit right inside the sump they float up causing all the water to fall around the filter . What does go into the filter the stitching at the bottom is not there so it just falls through. If a normal filter caught 100% of the material I would guess this would stop about 40%

only good for one use-fell apart after first wash
Lasted a long time in my 72 gallon bowfront reef tank before it needed to be swapped out, however, both fell apart after the first wash.

These are not washable. Disposable only. Tried to wash them and they split.😔

Exact replacement and what I needed.
Finally replaced the originals and so glad I did. Perfect fit. Ordering another set just because I like them so much. Exactly what was needed.

After washing them a few times, they seem to be of lesser quality as their competition.
