I rarely write a review until I've used something for a while. This amazed me immediately. It's heavy, suggesting it has thick walls. I hadn't understood what that black center thing was from the sales ad, but it is a lock with a key. I bought it mainly for the good price. Perhaps the seller is offering a low introductory price until more people realize how GREAT this thing is. I suspect Other gas can manufacturers merely make what everyone else is buying while this company dares to think outside the box and create something BETTER. -- I also Normally give only three stars for anything average. I rarely give a 5-Star review. This is something I'd write home about and tell friends about.

Great product , compares to the higher price name brand gas cans. Did not leak. Stayed securely mounted in some pretty rough trails. I highly recommend purchasing it.

Listen,It seems like a legit product. Mounting brackets and stuff were up to the task of having a gallon of gas bounce around off road all day. And the Product itself felt tough enough, and thick plastic, was easy to use and fill and stuff And it added a good 80miles to my range which is nice. But, If you put this on your dual sport or dirty bike, or just go off road with it mounted... you better know that if you set your bike down or hit a tree or something this thing might spring a leak. Mine did.Just frustrating it happened so fast for me. I had this thing and was so friggen pleased with myself, for about 3 rides.

This thing is twice the capacity of the 'usual suspects' at half the price. If I didn't have it today, I'd buy it again right now. My off-road bike of choice is a CRF230F b/c it's a great play bike and I'm old enough to NOT want an 'R'. If you understood that, you'll understand this: the auxiliary tank is bigger than the small ones so you need to be conscious of 'where' you're putting it. I went with a rear luggage-rack mount as my buddy did with his WR250; it was a wham-bam set up that needed no thought or skill. If I do it to another bike I might go with a front fork mount just to keep it in my sight; nothing wrong with the tail-rack mount, just thinking of options. The tank locks securely and doesn't leak a drop.

I liked the can, seems very sturdy and the vent and fill caps have rubber seals. However, the u bolts that come with it are not even close to being big enough, both in length and width, to mount on a RZR Ultimate roll cage. I had to buy a larger u bolt and can only use one as the insert that goes through the can is not wide enough to support two. I ended up making bigger holes in the mounting insert to accommodate the new u bolt and it seems to be sturdy enough.

Two locks with two different keys that only work in the lock that they're in, makes absolutely no sense you have to carry around two keys when you can just carry around one key that works both locks that was irritating. Then the funnels are absolutely useless unless you are not pouring gas into a cars gas tank, the spouts keep you from tipping the gas can completely up, the funnel.is pre bent and non moveable.

the mount didnt line up with the holes on my rack. had to drill new holes. now it wiggles a little
