Very sturdy, even our larger cat is able to get a good scratch, we do have a taller one just for his benift... only problem this other is not cactus so he won't use it.... I will be investing in the others in this set as I do have 3 cats. Wonderful item to own. Didn't even have to bribe them with cat nip to play.Also slight tip - keep cat out the room while assembling, it's easy to do, but with cat trying to play it can become more difficult than it needs to be!! :D

Looks great in our lounge and cat uses it all the time. Balance toys on top to encourage interaction. Muchos fun!

Our 2 adult cats like it quite abit and it looks nice in the corner.

The media could not be loaded.  Always worry about the size of scratching posts on whether suitable for larger cats, my cat is pretty big and it is perfect for him. He lays next to it a lot to protect it from me. Tried to play with it whilst I was still assembling and it looks great.
