This was one of the best made puzzle I have ever worked! The picture was lovely and the pieces were strong and went together very well. Having the alphabet in the back of the pieces was an interesting concept and came in handy when I was having a challenge. The quality would lend itself to be made into a picture. The box didn’t tell the company so I can’t search for others by the company.

I am partial to Ravensburger puzzles due to their beautiful finish and great quality. However, this is my first wooden puzzle and I absolutely recommend this one! It does take a few minutes to ponder over why there are only 2 shapes to the pieces and does one really need lettering hints on the backs!?! Once you get over this, its like a great book, don't want to put it down. Pieces snap in tightly so make sure its the right one. The scene is vivid in color, simply beautiful not to mention a "home for the holidays" good feeling. Really hate the thought of breaking apart this one.

Updated review.At first I was disappointed that I had to glue the pictures onto a few of the pieces. Then I realized there were way to many pieces. We counted them 3 times. The manufacturing company put in way to many pieces (1259 pieces to be exact) but we were able to put it together by sorting pieces upside down with the correlating letters. Then we put aside what we thought were extra pieces and went to work on it.I do wish the pieces weren’t all cut in same shape.This is a puzzle for beginners but will be fun for the whole family.This could have had great potential! But boy was it hard figuring out what pieces went to the puzzle and which ones didn’t. Definitely a new kind of challenge in puzzles!😁😁😁😁😁😁The seller was quick to respond and resolve our issues. Until this puzzle we have always enjoyed the 'wood' based puzzles. This is an attractive puzzle photoCons:- This is the first puzzle that we have done that has many pieces cut identically. With this puzzle picture, it has been very easy to insert a piece in the wrong place because it fit and the picture design was 'close'. Then the adjacent piece may fit or not. We had to flip the pieces over many times to see if the printing on the back lined up to confirm if we had the correct piece in the correct place.- This is the first wood based puzzle we have bought that was inadequately cut. Hundreds of the pieces have the final layer of wood that was not cut though completely. At least 100 of the pieces were still cut connected together in the bag. We had to use a sharp knife to complete the cut to separate these pieces. The cutting machine was either not set up correctly or was dull. Any visual quality control should have picked up on this cutting defect that damaged at least 25% of the pieces back layer.Due to these shortcomings we will avoid purchasing any additional puzzles from this manufacturer.

The picture was great and fun to do. But the wood made it hard to make the pieces fit together, somewhat frustrating.

This puzzle is gorgeous. The pieces are actually wood as they say (I didn't believe it) and they come packaged in a pretty mesh bag inside the cardboard box. Also in the box is a poster the size of the completed puzzle. We do a puzzle every Christmas and this is the nicest one I've ever seen.

Missing a piece. Wrote to the seller. Fingers crossed hoping they can send the missing piece.———-They shipped me a new puzzle. However, assembled the whole thing just to find a different piece is missing. The cuts are not the same so I can’t use a piece from the original.

Well made, the pieces fit together quite snuggly and the colors were bright and clear! Loved it!

The puzzle is hard, which I’m ok with...pieces fit where they don’t belong, so you need good eyes to see where you’ve mistakenly put a piece. However, to get pieces apart isn’t easy. Also, this puzzle is messy! Since it’s made of wood, there’s little wood chips when you first dump it out, wood chips in the box, wood chips when you clean it up. Plus, some of the pieces were not cut all the way through the wood, so there would be chunks of the puzzle already done. If you pulled the uncut pieces apart, be careful because the wood breaks and splinters underneath. Overall, I’m not impressed with it being made of wood, but it’s a nice puzzle once it’s done. Also, after reading other reviews, I think I was missing a piece. I did have one missing, but thought I’d lost it. After reading other reviews, perhaps it came that way.

Très déçu manque plusieurs morceaux et le temps de garantie est terminé il faudrait le faire dans la semaine qui suit la réception pour voir s’il manque des morceaux c’est très poche.

First wooden puzzle for me. Some pieces a little to snug but managed. Came in a pretty drawstring bag. Had a mothball smell but not too strong.

I was extremely disappointed with this puzzle as 4 of the pieces had separated therefore no picture on puzzle piece.

I just finished the puzzle and I am missing the whole bottom corner.... extremely disappointed. Not worth the money
