Effective and safer around pets
I use this product in my dog’s play area to help control mosquitoes and ticks. When used as directed, I have definitely noticed fewer mosquitoes, which makes a real difference in how enjoyable the area is. Ticks are harder to judge in my case since deer frequently pass through our property, so that is an ongoing challenge. Still, I have seen a noticeable reduction in mosquitoes and feel this product has been helpful as part of managing pests in the yard

Works great!
This is my second year spraying my yard with Wondercide. It works very well for mosquitoes, ticks and fleas. I don’t give my dogs the neurotoxins a lot of vets prescribe because I had a dog die from them. The way I treat my yard is I cut the grass in the early afternoon when all the dew had dried. I bag all the clippings. Then at about 5pm I spray starting around the house, I spray the mulch around the shrubs and then grass. I also spray the tree trunks up about 10’. I use about 1/2 of the spray bottle from Wondercide on about .3 acre. The next time I mow I spray again, usually about 10 days later. Then I spray about once a month. My dogs are also treated with the Wondercide spray for dogs about twice a week. I use the cedar scent. I live on 10 acres and the dogs do go around the property a couple of times a week. Occasionally I will find a flea on them but it’s rare. And never any ticks. For me it has been a wonderful find.

Great choice but tad pricey
The price is the only downside but works well, smells like mint which is a bonus and is effective for a few weeks. Worth a try. Oh and yes pet friendly.

Thank God for this, no more bugs in my house.
I've never reviewed an Amazon product EVER but I felt compelled to review this. I live in Phoenix Arizona and I recently bought a house near the mountains. There were so many bugs in this house I was disgusted. I don't even know what kind of bugs they were, small flies and beetles, crickets, moths. It was an entire ecosystem in my house, so bad even lizards and SCORPIONS were coming in to feast on the bugs. I keep a clean house and I don't leave doors and windows open so I was baffled and VERY desperate. I bought this product despite some of the negative reviews. I thought it was for indoor use but realized its for outdoor use after I bought it. The day before I bought this product, I found 8 miscellaneous bugs, a scorpion and 4 crickets in the house. The day I sprayed it and the day after, I DID NOT SEE A SINGLE BUG. It's been a few days and I still have not seen a single bug. To use it: I bought a spray bottle and mixed the concentrate in there. I sprayed the entire exterior of my house with special attention to doors and windows. I also sprayed the inside of the garage. There are ZERO bugs those spaces where they used to hang outside around the door frame. It might not last long, it's only been a few days so who knows. The bottle of the stuff is surprisingly small (especially for the price) but I was able to do a large area with a very small amount so I could see this lasting 2+ years if I spray weekly, which I plan on doing to keep the bugs out. In other words, SO WORTH IT. This was truly a miracle for me. I can't believe it worked so fast and was so effective. I should also note I do not have ants or flies so I don't know if it would work on that. The main bugs I was trying to repel were scorpions, crickets, and small beetle/fly things. I mentioned my city and state so you have an idea of what kind of critters I am dealing with. Good luck with your bug problem, but you probably won't need it with this stuff!

appears to work for a few hours
I bought this to spray around my half acre yard to try get rid of mosquitoes and other biting flying bugs, but alas, it only appears to work for a few hours (may 24 at most) before those mossies come back. The first use I applied it all over the yard and in the bushes etc as directed. I then reapplied it 7 days later. I thought it was working, but it was just the weather . It was so hot (90+) and humid(80+) outside I never bothered going outside for any amount of time. I recently applied it again, this time doubling the dose, and was bitten at least seven times by flying horrors while applying the product. I applied the second dose yesterday evening and this morning noticed no bugs, but it was cooler (70) again so not many bugs out. I will know this after noon but do not have much hope. I do like the smell of the cedar. Actually reminds me of the smell after a forest fire . Maybe that is what drives the bugs away, though I think maybe the bugs here are just tougher. I am sure this works for some people but I will not buy it again, as it is not cheap enough for me to test it out to find the right dose that may (or not) work.

Great results!
Works slow and steady. We were over run by ticks at our seasonal campsite. We sprayed every couple of weeks around the site, the nearby trees and the side of the trailer near the doors and it improved a lot! The first weekend before we sprayed we had 28 ticks on the 2 humans and 4 to 6 on the 2 dogs. The weekend after spraying we had maybe half a dozen between all of us. We resprayed that weekend also and the following trip no ticks. It helped with mosquitoes and even flies for us. I don't mind the scent and I have scent allergies. Easy to hook to the hose and use. I will use this when ever we go camping with a hose hook up if the campground doesn't spray.

Trust the reviews. IT DOES NOT WORK
Really listen to the reviews. I’m talking about the ones where they say it does not work. Because it does not work this particular item is on back order so I did some research. And I bought myself a mild dish detergent or dish soap and pure neem oil (16oz). I mixed 2 1/2 tablespoons of oil and 2 table spoons of soap. I sprayed that around my property the same way I would’ve done this until this arrived. I was not bit by a bug after three days using the homemade solution. I sprayed three times in a week because we were heavily populated with mosquitoes. Then I waited a week no mosquito bite no bugs flying around any of my lights the spiders and ants were nowhere to be found. After that week it rained and this showed up on my doorstep so I decided to use this I sprayed around the perimeter then made my way out to the Fenceline and sprayed the Fenceline really well. The next day I took my puppy out is it up with mosquito bites. So I got the spray again. This time I used more than what was recommended in my sprayer thinking that would help. This stuff does not work. I went back to using pure name oil and dish soap if you want to kill spiders and things then you add some tea tree or mint to the order. This was a waste of my $75 because the Neem oil uses way less than this and last me longer. Like this is the worst if I didn’t use it I wouldn’t return it but I’ve used half of it thinking it would work if I poured more in there it IT DOES NOT WORK.
