They were perfect size for goodie bags, I had bought some water colors and stackable crayons toGo a long with the wooden butterfly and it was so much fun seeing all the little kiddos paint them. Not cheap wood that breaks either. I would most definitely recommend for good bag fillers or birthday activities.

Easy Art Day with Little Ones
I am the fun aunt who always has crafting projects when the nieces visit (all started because of my sister promising then forgetting to tell me till they got here) so now I just keep wooden shapes like these and others on hand. You can use paint if you want, but what I love is that markers work just fine. Easy to clean up and they have fun playing with them later.
