Skullcandy Set USB-C Wired Earbuds with Noise Isolating Fit - True Black

These are absolutely phenomenal! Like every other skullcandy product, the sound quality has been perfect. What i didnt notice before, and therefore surprised myself with, was the ahape of the buds themselves. They made for a super comfortable fit. While I havnt used the mic feature yet, knowing this brand, I have no doubts that the quality is good. The only 2 downsides personally are the durability of the wire and the fact it comes with no case lol. It feels like the quality of all the headphones that went on me so easily before. But that could also just be due to personal preference as well seing as that is coming from personal experience. I also love the signature black and white of the buds that skullcandy offers. All in all though, these headphones still feel like absolute must haves

I really like these earbuds. I am on my second pair. The first pair broke when I accidentally zipped up the cord in my backpack and cut the wiring a little bit. I do not use the microphone and cannot give a good review of that part. The headphones themselves work great, though. They come with a few sizes of rubber ear inserts. The sound is clear. The material of the cord minimizes the noise you get when it rubs against something. It is not perfect, but it is better than most I have tried. These are also inexpensive. I do not want to spend hundreds on a set of small earbuds. These are a good balance of budget and quality.

I remain a fan of wired air buds. I have a pair of Skullcandy Dime wireless buds. They sound ok and the battery life is great; but the sound is not as good as these wired ones. Most importantly, these buds survived being put in the washer AND dryer. I can't ask for more durability than that!

Good everyday buds

This very little piece sounds very good, balanced with enough bass. I bought this one after so much investigation and checking reviews of other people. So I took the risk, because there is no other way to know but to try it yourself. I intended to use this when my EarFun wireless earbuds stop working (at times when I'm at the gym, suddenly bluetooth stops working, so this would be my backup earphones). It already happened and I switched to this wired- earphone and I don't regret. Only thing I can say against is that, once you are accustomed to use wireless earbuds at gym, to use a wired one, even if it gives you a better sound quality, your mobility at gym is limited (to do bench press you have to have your phone in your pocket and that can hinder your freedom). And because the main reason I bought this wired-earphone was to experience high quality sound on Tidal, although it sound very good, I don't appreciate so much the difference at gym comparing tomy Bluetooth EarFun, but freedom is limited. That's why I will recommend to get wired-earphones just if you have issues with your Bluetooth earbuds, but not because you will notice significant quality improvement.

Update: I've gone from two star to one star, I rebought these earbuds after my first pair broke in under a month to give them a second shot and I'm honestly not impressed. Way too pricey for the quality. My brand new pair pauses and unpauses my music and videos randomly when I wiggle the USB-C end, it's incredibly annoying. I don't expect them to last long. Please save your money and look for a different pair of earbuds. These earbuds have decent sound quality and do work just fine for the most part before they break. Unfortunately, they don't last very long. I've had these earbuds for less than a month before the left bud stopped working altogether, granted I used them nearly every day for close to 9 hours during work so I guess they could last longer with less usage. I wouldn't recommend these for those that need earbuds for work or for long durations of time daily especially with how expensive it can get buying a pair every month or every couple of weeks which I won't be doing, I plan to give them one more chance with a second pair in case I got one that just wasn't a good quality, I'll update this review if the second pair pulls the same thing. If you do buy these, be warned of potentially short longevity.

So to set the scene, I was looking for a backup small set of headphones for my devices and I've used Skullcandy about 8 years ago as I figured it would be the same quality as before. It wasn't. First, the earbuds feels weird in the ears. It didn't fit well for me and felt it could slip out. Second, issue is the sound quality. It felt like the sound was not pushing Bass enough or felt constrained sounds. The clarity isn't too shabby overall but it felt little low for me. Compared to my Bluetooth set of headphones, it didn't reach the strength of bass I needed. It's not the worst set of headphones for me but overall it didn't feel like the same quality as before. Not a fan so far and won't purchase another set for awhile.

I like having a backup pair of wired earbuds to use when my wireless ones need charged. I had a pair that came with my Samsung phone that I've used for years, until one day, one of the speakers wasn't working as well. So, I decided to get a new pair of Samsung earbuds that were identical. Despite the listing making it seem they were the same, they were not. The sound quality was horrid and one of the speakers was louder than the other. So, I looked for something different. After seeing some positive reviews for THIS pair, I decided to give them a try. Best pair I've had since those old Samsung earbuds. The sound quality is no different than my wireless buds, and fit very comfortably in my ears. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Amazon.SG fooled me by saying that these earphones cost $39 with free shipping from Amazon US to Amazon Singapore, on receiving the product i saw that the price of this earphone is $23.10 and the Shipping and Handling charges as $16.24. I would have never bought if the shipping and handling charges is $16. The quality of the product sucks big time, the touch and feel is like a very cheapo product, the quiality is no where near to be decent or nice, its just "ok" If you are planning to buy this, please check the price of similar products in your local area, before being folled by Amazon to charge you 70% of the product price as Shiping and Handling charges.

I recommend them; they are light and hold well in the ear.
