SORMÉCosmetics Extreme Volumizing & Strengthening Mascara

I hardly leave a negative review , but this is simply outrageous, since its a unreturnable. I used to purchase Prime goods with a confidence of the quality and easy return policy. It is unfortunate that stores selling products of subpar quality and poor customer service ruined this confidence.It Can hardly be categorised as mascara, rather a thick lump of clayish substance, black in color but does not produce any staining effect, mainly , because its impossible to separate it from the brush. I have seen many so-so mascaras , but this is the worst. No wonder its a one way sale . Do not waste your money on this product.

I love this mascara! BUT! I think this one that came for this order is old. It’s somewhat dried out and after a few hours it crumbs in my eyes. Tubes I’ve purchased in beauty supply stores have never done that. I’ve used this brand for years and love it but I think I got a bad one this time. I’d love it replaced if the seller would do that to make it right! I can’t wear it from this tube because I always feel like there is dust or particles in my eyes when I do.UPDATE:Great customer service! The seller made the problem right and I would definitely order from them again!

Do not buy this mascara! I've tried twice and each time it's old, dry and just needs to be thrown out. The company or this specific mascara must no longer be made and they are simply trying to get rid of very, very, very, old tubes. Do not waste your time or energy. In addition, there is something funky going on with Amazon when you try to return the item. Despite the return being less than a 30 days, 9 days to be exact, the message states the item cannot be returned because it's more than 30 days after it was delivered. Huge hassle, and definitely not worth it!! Very disappointed.

I first purchased this mascara from a beauty supply store. I fell in love with it. My lashes are long enough but they are pretty sparse so I always look for a super volumizing mascara. I've since been ordering this stuff on Amazon for about 2 years. I've never had a problem with a dried out tube as some reviewers report. This stuff is great!

I have a really hard time finding eye makeup that doesn't burn or irritate my eyes. This brand has been great. No problems with this mascara and have used it for months. I just opened the tube I ordered from this seller, great quality.

This is my favorite mascara. It makes my lashes long and voluminous in one application. It does not clump or get dry and dusty. It stays on and beautiful all day. I was introduced to the sorme line in 2012 when my sister worked the booth at the hair show and brought back samples. I have been hooked ever since!

I typically buy this product from a product rep but took a chance and bought it online. Big mistake!!! No where near the quality I received when buying from a product rep. Mascara was a gloopy gloppy mess when normally smooth as butter. The silky smoothness of this mascara is the reason I buy this brand...but never again online.
