I have two!! One in my office and one at home!! I discovered this exercise in Korea in 2014 in Osan and let me tell you baby! It’s a workout. I ordered me my first one in California in 2017 and just got two more in the last two months due to I sold the other when I moved from that military base assignment. I love this for so many reasons bone density, lymphatic drainage, calorie burn 100-300 in 20 minutes more if you are heavier, and a non shock to your joints work out. Your booty will thank me for it and your thighs when you can hold a squat for for as long as you can for inner and back of your thigh strengthening and toning!! You are welcome!! Run don’t walk!! Don’t get the cheap ones this is the kid price point and it’s a lot of bang for your buck!

Study. Amazing. Do yourself a favor and get it today!!! Using for months and just as effective as day one. Low impact on knees but feels like a gym workout.

I really love this thing. I bought it a couple months ago, but I really just started using it consistently the last three days and I sweated the first time I used it. I was able to go up to level 25 so far. It really shakes your entire body at level 25 lol I feel it in my back my calf muscles thigh muscles. Everything is tensing up and then releasing. It’s amazing I have felt a difference in my legs since using it less muscle cramps and spasms can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a few months definitely blessed I was able to get one and it does support the weight it says it does I’m just over 400lbs was 417 at the time of purchase

I had hit a weight loss plateau for a couple months. After using this machine 20 minutes per day for 1 week, I started losing weight again. The first time I used it, I was itching like crazy, but the itching significantly decreased my second use. You can feel it working! I can’t say enough great things about this device. Fantastic machines, so quiet and the best 10 minutes of exercise. Feel great afterwords. I build up the speed slowly. Have been using it daily for a month, started at speed 1 and now up to 55. Unfortunately I didn't measure or weigh myself at the start, but very noticeable change already and I'm feeling Fantastic. Highly recommend.

I CANNOT say enough good things about this vibration plate! When I purchased this product I did not expect to have so many great benefits come along with it so soon. Before purchasing I read through the reviews and seen a few comments about this helping with cellulite. In my head I was thinking ‘yeah right!’. I’ve tried numerous products to get rid of my dimpled thighs and bottom only to be let down by the lack of results; HOWEVER! After only having this machine for 1 week, at least 60% of my cellulite is GONE!!! I use this for 10 min twice a day, THATS IT! Not only that, but I can really feel the difference this thing has had on circulation of my legs and feet. 4 years ago I had to have open heart surgery at the young age of 35, and ever since that surgery I always have swelling in my lower legs, ankles, and feet. Half the time the circulation issues were so bad that I felt like my feet were DEAD, no feeling whatsoever. After using this product my feet feel alive again, and my swelling has subsided quite a bit. I’ve only had this vibration plate for a couple weeks, so it’s still too soon to tell about any weight loss, but even if I don’t lose any weight I DONT CARE! The other benefits alone make it a great and worthwhile purchase.Instructions are easy to follow, even though you can tell it was transcribed from another language. The remote control is easy to use, and the workout bands come in handy for keeping me balanced. There’s only 1 issue that I had a problem with. In the Item description it says this holds up to 440lbs(I think that’s what it was), however, In the users manual it says the max weight is 120kg, which correlates to 264lbs if my math’s right..This does not affect me, as I’m well within those parameters, but it may affect someone else who is thinking about buying this, so just thought I’d mention it..One last thing-I was offered a 10$ gift card for a 5 star review but this has no bearing on everything that I have written about my experience with this product. This is my honest review, regardless if there’s any reward for it or not:)

False! I was hoping this would work to be able to sit criss cross but can’t without hitting buttons. I am only 5’1”. My teen son tried too and don’t fit. Says it has 4 programmed modes but I do not see what they do differently. My other board speeds up and slows down at different rates and speeds on the programmed modes. Hurts the feet. Definitely need shoes. There is no way I can do planks or anything without padding. Looks like there are lights in the side but there is nothing there. No clue what the 2 clear side pieces are for. It does not suction to the floor so if you are off at all it will dance around the room. I will definitely just go get another $90 that works 10 Xs better. And I’m not getting a second one because mine broke. I just want to have in more areas of the house and my teens like to use them too. I absolutely love the good vibration boards.
