Does the job
Works as described, no issues. Problem now is not with power but with the age of the tablet. If the problem is battery only, great deal. If problem is associated with the tablet buy a new tablet.

Battery Rating Test
I rarely write reviews. I did a battery capacity test on this battery and on a second identical battery I bought from another source. Both are from the same manufacturer and rated at 7900 mili-amp hours (mAh). Several accurate discharge tests were conducted on a fully charged battery that had been in normal use for 2 weeks in a Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet. The battery capacity was measured. The capacity of this battery is 1100 mAh not the advertised 7900 mAh. The battery will fit in a compatible tablet and not damage the tablet. However, it has only 7% of its rated capacity. The tablet will require charging much more often.Unfortunately mAh hour ratings are known to be notoriously fictitious for many replacement batteries. This is one of them.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do
It's an easy job to swap this battery in for the aging one in my tablet. Once I had it in, my tablet performed longer that it had in a long time. I took the old battery to my company's battery recycle site so it'd get taken care of properly.

Drains to fast in under a year.
Installed the battery 8 months ago and it's already draining so fast which is obviously a bad battery. When you literally can watch the percentage dropping as you're using the device within seconds that's a bit fast.and poor quality.. who knows maybe it's just the circuit board still what a waste. Of a product to make .... Positive notes not sure yet.. I mean it's a simple battery it should just last atleast 5 yearsbefore loosen its touch .. and even if plugged in it drains ..

Go to Youtube and there is a replacement video. Battery is working great.
