Arrived on time and in good condition, as advertised. Easy to assemble and use.

I had to send the item back for a replacement due to bent threads on the bar. When I submitted the return and reason I figured it would be at least 24 hours before getting a reply. Just a few short hours they submitted a request for return and replacement. I got the replacement items 4 or 5 days later. Very impressed with their customer service. As for the items they work very well and will be able to include more exercises. I plan on getting more bands soon to add more resistance/weight.Highly recommend

I had to return one set because the band snapped right away. they replaced it right away and the second set is doing very well. it does take some used to and need to figure out your own workout needs. Do some research online on what type of exercise before buying a band set.

Great product well made and very versatile

Nothing really to dislike about these, the bands are strong, I'm not worried about one snapping me in the face which is a constant fear with cheaper ones. I have had to double-wrap the strongest one to get a resistance level I was happy with for some leg exercises, but the fact that I can do that with no concerns or discomfort is nice.Definitely recommend this set, *especially* if you're like me and needed some way to exercise your lower body in an apartment where you shouldn't be stomping on the floor all the time.

These seem like good resistance bands for exercising and they are. However, the photos that show the bands present the three resistance bands that come with this set as having 50lbs, 100lbs and 150lbs of tension/resistance. Photos of bands with those weight equivalents appear at more than one place in the product information. At the very end of the product information, there is comparison information stating that this set comes with 30lbs, 60lbs and 90lbs resistance bands---and that is what I got. Thus, although it is made much of in the product information, any claims that you can "stack" the bands that come with this set to achieve 300lbs of tension/resistance is also not correct.A shopper really ought to be able to rely on the photos presenting the product as truly representing the product you will get, but that is not so here. So like the title says, I am happy with the set but not happy with the incorrect and misleading photographs.

Seems like a good piece of equipment I used it today and I’m sore already. I like the fact that it’s easily assembled and able to travel with me if I was crazy enough to do it on my vacation. Biggest downside that I see so far there is no instruction sheets or diagrams to give you information on how to use the exercise equipment.

Very bad quality. Elastic band snapped with in one month of purchase.

Nice quality product you get a lot of stuff for the money.

Exactly what it promises

I ordered expecting the bands at 150, 100, and 50 in the ad. You can see in the picture of what I did receive - I'm short 120 pounds!???Um....Unlike my first Kobra Tech purchase, the ankle straps in this set do have two sets of rings and hooks and also come with the bar - BUT I PURCHASED FOR THE HEAVY BANDS!!!Edit Although the bands were not what I was expecting, I upped my rating to 4-star because you do get a nice set of bands that provide plenty of resistance.

Cracking resistance bands, capable of full body workout, should've came with quick guide exercise book for someone who Is new to resistance training but no bother to me , 😎👍
