Worked great on a1986 Johnson 15hp
This kit had the driveshaft, propellor, shift lever, and water pump seals. It also had the o-ring for the top of the water pump and the propellor bearing housing. It also includes the drain plug gaskets. I pressure tested the lower unit after installing everything and this kit fixed my leaks.

Exact fit
Used to replace prop shaft grease seals and front carrier O ring on a 1980 Johnson 9.9 outboard. Kit also contains drain screw gaskets which I also used. The other seals, etc in the kit were not needed for my purposes.

The prop shaft seals were very tight both inner and outer diameters, this made install hard without denting the seals even while being very careful with good tools. Have to wonder if this was for slightly smaller outboard.
