Comfortable enough, only downfall is the excessive padding which ends up pushing my scrotum much higher than they ever need to be.

I'm 5'7" and 52 kg. Picked the small. Perfect fit until I tried to close the zips on the bottom of legs. Even with my small stature I would have to be anorexic to close them. Other than that the item is great. Comfortable and warm.
