As good or better than any other Konjac noodle with FAR less of the typical "smell"
I've been using Konjac noodles to help with weight loss and I've tried at least a dozen brands. Quite frankly, when properly rinsed and then heated to dehydrate them a bit, they are all about the same. What I liked about this product is that a) it comes in a decent size serving. b) the price per oz is one of the lowest I have found and c) They don't have that ammonia smell that is typical of Konjac noodles right out of the package.

Low fiber content
Would give 5 stars If fiber content was higher. Other than that great product.

You won’t feel like you are missing out
These noodles are amazing. I have tried a few brands that leave a funky after taste, these don’t! I love pasta and am so glad I found a low carb replacement

NO fishy smell & texture is great
These are the closest to regular "noodles" that I have found and I have tried MANY brands. ZERO fishy smell out of the package, no need to dry cook and the texture is the most like real pasta I have found in 3 years of searching. LOVE!!

This is the one
Not pasta, but pretty darned close. With sauce on them, there's no appreciable difference between these and pasta. Other than the no-carb part!No strange smell like some, I just rinse heat in microwave, then use with sauce. Easy-peasy. I've had with marinara, pesto, peanut sauce, etc. Downright yummy!

Add a little cornstarch to your sauce!
So I made some wok vegetable lo mein in a nonstick wok with these noodles and it came out amazing! I would add a little bit of cornstarch water mixture to it so the sauce sticks to the noodles better but they tasted exactly like regular noodles to me. Your noodle take on the flavor of your sauce so u really can't go wrong with them.I didn't boil my noodles in water but simply rinsed them under water and put a teaspoon of sesame oil on them before frying them in my wok. I added my sauce lastly with the cornstarch and mixed it all with my wok fried veggies, garlic and ginger.
