UGREEN Cat 8 Ethernet Cable Braided

This is another great cable from UGREEN. I’ve been using it for quite a while, and it’s been completely reliable. I’ve never had a single issue that made me question whether the cable was causing internet drops or connection problems—it has just worked flawlessly. The braided design feels much more durable than a standard Ethernet cable, and the cable has a nice thickness to it without being overly stiff. It feels well-made and like it will last for years. It also has a clean, premium look. I also like that it’s available in different lengths, making it easy to use whether you’re connecting a PC, gaming console, router, or other devices. Installation is as simple as plugging it in, and it has worked perfectly with every device I’ve connected. Considering the quality, reliability, and price, I think it offers excellent value. UGREEN has become my go-to brand for electronic accessories, and this cable is another product I’d happily recommend.

This ethernet cable is awesome! It works as advertised and gets very good speeds and especially with video games at high speeds it's amazing. The connection works good. Good value for what you get, and installation was a breeze. It works with a wi-fi extender I ordered and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended to anyone looking for good speed to get the most out of their internet connection.

I originally looked at some cheaper Ethernet cables, but my son talked me into spending a little more for this one. I’m glad I listened. The cable feels well made, and the braided design seems sturdy. I bought it for my fiber internet setup so I could have a reliable wired connection to my laptop. It has worked perfectly. I plugged one end into the router and the other end into my adapter, and that was it. No issues, no disconnects, and no problems. Sometimes it is worth paying a little more for something you only want to buy once. This cable was worth it.

I was looking for a very high speed cable to go between my new computer and my super high speed router in my office. I wanted something durable and flexible and very high speed. It had the standard jacks and they were the right size. Fit perfectly and I haven't worried about them coming unplugged at all. The cable has a nice covering that I think will hold up very well. It was a great length that reached far enough and had enough extra to not worry about any long term tension. It was a very solid price, came quickly, and I started using it on the spot. I can now make use of the much higher speed networking coming into the router in my office. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I changed out the Cat 6 cable for this Cat 8 and what a difference it made. Our eero wifi is so much better, and we rarely have any buffering now. Streaming apps and phone apps load so much faster. I was told that going from a Cat 6 to 8 wouldn't make much difference, but I wanted to try...it's like day & night. Great value. Simple to plug in and go. Highly recommend.

Works but could be better speeds

If your looking for a long review going over how these cable tested and if they really are Cat8. Mine will disappoint. I needed two cables, Cat 8 was an added plus, but what I needed was two cables. One for our main production computer to feed our stream and the other to feed another computer so we could view the program as it was streaming using an Ethernet splitter. These worked like a charm. Plugged them in and we were in business. The price was excellent and they seem to be very well made. Someone noted they were hard to unplug when they were done using them. I would agree they were tight to unhook, but isn't that you want, a secure connection? I will take hard to disconnect anytime over the possibility of disconnecting during a streaming event. From my experience with them I'd give them an A+.

La qualità costruttiva è eccellente: il rivestimento in nylon intrecciato lo rende robusto, flessibile e resistente all’usura, ideale anche per utilizzi più intensi o in ambienti dove i cavi vengono spesso spostati. Dal punto di vista delle prestazioni, si nota subito la differenza. La velocità di trasmissione è elevatissima e la connessione è stabile, senza cali o interferenze, perfetta per gaming online, streaming in alta definizione e trasferimenti di file pesanti. Supporta senza problemi le alte velocità dichiarate e sfrutta al massimo la mia connessione. Ottima anche la compatibilità: funziona perfettamente con router, PC, console e altri dispositivi dotati di porta RJ45. I connettori sono solidi e si agganciano bene, senza giochi o disconnessioni accidentali. In definitiva, un prodotto di alta qualità con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un cavo Ethernet veloce, affidabile e costruito per durare nel tempo.

Die Verbindung läuft bei mir stabil und zuverlässig, und während der bisherigen Nutzung sind mir keine Verbindungsabbrüche oder sonstigen Auffälligkeiten aufgefallen. 📏 Länge: Die angegebenen 2 Meter wirken für mich passend und entsprechen ungefähr dem, was ich erwartet habe. Nachgemessen habe ich das Kabel allerdings nicht, daher kann ich die Länge nicht auf den Zentimeter genau bestätigen. 🛡️ Verarbeitung: Das Kabel macht auf mich einen sehr guten und robusten Eindruck. Stecker und Kabel wirken ordentlich verarbeitet und insgesamt wertig. Bei mir liegt es allerdings größtenteils versteckt hinter dem Fernsehkasten, wodurch es im Alltag kaum bewegt wird und entsprechend auch nur wenig mechanischer Abnutzung ausgesetzt ist. Über die Haltbarkeit bei häufigem Ein- und Ausstecken oder ständigem Transport kann ich daher nichts sagen. 📡 Warum ich CAT 8 gewählt habe: Ich habe mich bewusst für ein CAT-8-Kabel entschieden, weil mir eine gute Abschirmung wichtig war. Rund um meinen Fernseher befinden sich mehrere elektronische Geräte und unter anderem auch Netzwerkgeräte wie Repeater. Deshalb erschien mir ein gut geschirmtes Kabel für diesen Bereich sinnvoll.
