The bread making dough scapping and cutting tool
Very integral part of breadmaking used during the mixing the dough on a kitchen counter. Invariably the dough will stick to the counter top. This useful tool will help to easily scrape it. The material looks to be of good stainless steel and has a ruler scale imprint. This is also used for cutting dough into smaller lengths while making cookies etc. In all a useful tool for baking, well made and priced well.

Good if you handle with care
The quality of steel is good but the thickness isn't that uniform. after a couple of months of usage there are some cracks and bends on the dependent areas of the tool. I wish it was a bit sturdy for the price. It should last one for a couple of years, but you really have to handle is gently.
