For a fairly cheap (how things have changed £6, cheap!!!) little item this does as advertised and connects easily and quickly to a smartphone, in my case a iPhone 12 pro, and it works. Simple button push (nice large button) and photo taken. Comes with a short but usable, wrist loop.

Honestly shocked at how well this works, and I've dropped it and (accidentally) fully submerged it atleast twice. It connected to my phone easily with Bluetooth, and works with both the camera and any app that uses the phones front or rear camera. Its a little slow now I've drowned it but I'll probably get another at some point because pre-dunking it was brilliant.

I needed something to help me with my photography, and this does the job, all this does is presses the volume up button on the phone which would basically take pictures in the camera app. I cannot find a fault, it's a simple product.

Paired okay at first but then very quickly failed. Once connected, it identified itself as a keyboard, but pressing the button didn't do anything, tried this with two different camera apps, checked my setting and definitely didn't work. Thereafter, it wouldn't connect at all and the controller would be constantly in pairing mode but completely undetectable by Bluetooth. Tried with two Android phones (Redmi Note 10/Samsung Galaxy S20) as well as an iPhone and all couldn't detect it.I believe this to be an inferior copy of an 'AB Shutter 3' which is the common circuit for this sort of thing, it even identifies itself as that for Bluetooth, but either this is only for a limited Apple/Android version or mine is defective.

Compact, straightforward and easy to use. Connected straight away to bluetooth on my iPhone 11 Pro. Good "click" when you press the camera button, you know you've taken a picture or started a video with confidence. Great price too.

This is a useful item, but it has limitations. It is not dependable and it only works on and off. Therefore I would not recommend it.
