EDIT: Carving went very well! Almost too many options for amateur carvers! We did end up breaking one of the pieces... no fault to the set we stepped on it. Only thing it is really missing is a longer tool for initially removing the top.This is a very sturdy set!! The grips are very comfortable and it feels like the metal goes all the way down the handle, so I’m not too worried about breaking them during carving. Will update once I use. My only complaint which is small is that one side is upside down which could cause the other side to fall out when it has been used a few times? Carving patterns that come with it are ok, you could prob print better online for free. Still very excited to try this set out!!

It comes with 6 stencils and we used 8 of the 10 tools in the kit. The large scoop cutting tool for cleaning the insides broke after 1 pumpkin which is what I was afraid of, but the other tools were up to the task.

These are so much better than the cheap ones I was buying yearly! They are sturdy and have carved about 10 pumpkins so far this season. The scooper is very sturdy and hasn’t bent in the slightest. I expect these to last for many years. The case is a great addition also.My one small complaint is there isn’t a super fine carving tool, but even without this is still a 5 star product to me.

Works well, sturdy handles make for easy maneuvering. Some tools are a tad larger than needed but easy to work around.

These tools work very well, the steel is very sturdy and not flimsy like other tools we’ve used before. The handles are also easy to grip.
