Very good product and very important you need for the body

I ordered these pills for my husband. After two weeks, he already felt the difference. Now I'm thinking of ordering myself.

I have ordered this twice. Received quickly. Exactly as stated in description.

Have not used. Seal was broken when arrived.

Hard to swallow and bad taste. Do not agree with stomach.

First off, I think it is hard to review a supplement product, So let me start by explaining why I started to take it.I have had a few minor signs of Zinc deficiency:The spots on my finger nails, the poor sleeping quality, some hair loss, and low male reproductive function.Since taking 50mg of Zinc for 30 days, there has been a reduction in spots on my nails, and I have noticed a bit more "action in bed" (but only by a factor of x1.5 or so).My hair is still falling out in places, and my sleeping pattern hasn't noticeably improved much. (but there are possible causes beyond a lack of Zinc.)So I think I am happy with the results, and hope that things will continue to improve.Just keep in mind that I read that there are certain foods you should avoid eating before taking Zinc to maximize the body's ability to absorb it. (like cereals, corn and rice. And best taken with meat and greens) And you should look into certain medications conflicts where taking this supplement could become dangerous.I will likely continue to take a Zinc Supplement, however my doctors did recommend a high dose for my particular issues to improve.

Zinc has been in the news a lot since the pandemic hit. It's possibly helpful (I'm not a doctor), especially in combination with other medications. This Zinc supplement showed up quickly, well packaged and fresh. It's easy to take and I consider it an important part of taking care of my immune system. I can't report any dramatic changes from taking this brand, as I was already making Zinc part of my daily regimen. But I'm quite happy with this brand!

Got so I could have around for immunity support, and while I can't say whether it's been working or not (these supplements are always a toss up whether they actually have any legitimate effect), I have not seen any downsides in taking it regularly. Pills are easy to swallow, and have no particular taste when going down which is always good (not a fan of pills/supplements that degrade and leave an off-taste in your mouth when trying to swallow).
