A4 DTG Printer T-Shirt Printing Machine DTG Machine for Shirts/Onesies/Socks/Bags, with Textile Ink

I’ve had my machine for about 2 years and never used it. I left a message to get help and they reached out to me. He had to remote into my system and set me up. It was well worth it. He was very patient and helpful. Now I’m on my way to greatness! I can’t wait to really get going. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to use my machine. Now I’m happy! Thanks so much!

I've never been more out of my element with a device than I was with this one! Super complicated to figure out set up and how to even use BUT the seller was AMAZING with holding my hand through every step and even continued to help when I had very ridiculous (dumb) questions. The product does what it's supposed to but the techs go above and beyond!

After 2 weeks I created a problem on my own. I contacted the seller and they helped me immediately. What a relief!

I bought this printer a little over a year ago. I haven't had to many issues with it. When I do have a problem no mater what time it is, I can contact Michael with customer service and he helps me until we figure out the issue. Most of the time its something small and its back up and running in no time.I converted mine into a DTF transfer printer since I own my own business and with the printer you can't fit sweatshirts and or hoodies onto the shirt try and with the transfers I can press those directly to the garment so over all this printer was worth the time and money spent.

Great product with small hiccups here and there but the seller works great with you to get things working right

I have this machine for a while now and I have more than 1 issue getting used to it but the customer service is outstanding. I was able to reach them at any time of day and they responded as soon as they could. I use this machine for my small business and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I does such an amazing printing all the colors. This has helped me expand my small business and I can't wait see what else I can create with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
