My usual natural softener was out of stock everywhere, so I decided to try this “natural” brand. I was hoping the scent would be more natural like natural lavender or eo style scents. Instead it smells like every other commercial brand such as downy or gain. (And I’ve tried both scents from this brand.). So if you like those types of scents, you would enjoy this brand. The softener wasn’t thick or sticky and did not gum up my washer. I would say it’s less thick and sticky than downy, but not as fine as more natural brands. Honestly, this is a downy substitute, nothing more exciting than that. This softener was much better than my usual brand in helping clothes regain their shape. I have one top in particular that used to be my favorite but after a few months it just got mishapened (the sleeves were loose and floppy instead of fitted) and just didn’t look good anymore. Well after one rinse cycle with this softener, my shirt was back to being in its original shape. I would love to continue using this softener, but I don’t enjoy the strong scent. If they come out with more natural (and less perfumey) scents I would happily buy it.

Horrible, headache inducing, synthetic fragrance that ruptured in shipping and ruined everything else in box

This stuff smells amazing it’s light and I’m personally grateful that the lavender isn’t heavy and the jasmine is the stronger smell. I was especially impressed that I was able to put them in the dryer without anything and smell it still . Not over powering and a nice clean smell. It was also packaged well

Works great for baby’s and adults! My son has sensitive skin and I mean very sensitive but this fabric softener doesn’t break him out at all. Awesome 👏🏻

The name of the fragrance should be sweet orange instead of lavander jasmine, I don't smell any real lavander in it, and that's a good thing because I had a softener that's infused with real lavander in it, I hated how it makes my laundry smells like massage parlors (since lavander is a common massage oil). This softener has simple hypoallergenic ingredients for my srnsitive skin but their 1 tiny cap is powerful enough for my whole load of laundry, I'm impressed!

I always love to use fabric softeners. I love the idea of the plant-based softener, but there was no smell, and not sure if the fabric appeared soft or not especially washing my towels. I won't buy it again.

The bottle arrived in a bubble mailer and had leaked into the plastic wrap. It appeared to only be about a capful so I didn’t complain. However, the scent is horrible! There is no way this product is scented with only essential oils. I went ahead and did a load of my work scrubs thinking maybe the scent wouldn’t be so strong once diluted. I was wrong. 12 hours wearing this scent was nauseating. Rewashing the whole load to hopefully get rid of the scent and going back to my old softener. I don’t have asthma but am sensitive to strong perfumes. I do not recommend this to anyone with asthma or other breathing issues/ sensitivities. That being said, if you like strong perfumey scents this is for you

Best fabric softener ever. I saw this on an influencers YouTube page (Styledbycasonva) and tried it and I love it. Works just as well as dryer sheets.
