Brackets seem sturdy and worked well for what I used them for.

Came with everything. No damage what so ever. Haven't had a problem with it. It was pretty easy to connect. Best vaule for your buck.

The lag bolts will work great for mounting in a stud behind 1/2” dry wall. Problem, I’m not mounting on a stud, dry wall, concrete or anything the anchors were designed for. The lag bolts would’ve worked if they were threaded all the way to the head but instead it has a 1/2 shank that’s wider than the threads which would have totally destroyed the threads if I attempted to use them to mount on the 1/2” wood panel. In short I had to find different lag bolts that were threaded all the way to the head.

Came with four bolts to mount but honestly I only used two and it’s been 4 months over every other day use and it’s holding fine.

This thing is built solid and comes with really industrial strength hardware to mount it to any surface. Great product and I highly recommend this for your battle rope station.

These are really heavy duty and you are given mounting options for different types of walls/structures.I just bought some bands from Clench Fitness, which are awesome and you get two of the same band strength and they sell anchors but they are twice the price of these. So I have these anchors about seven feet high, about seven feet apart. Then another pair around chest level, then another pair about one foot up from the ground. The Clench bands come with these fantastic handles that attach to their loop bands and they feel like your are lifting weights but you have that constant tension.I hook up two of the same strength bands to the top anchors and do crossovers for the upper chest, then attach to the middle anchors the bottom anchors and talk about a great pump in your chest. Overhead tricep extensions, rows, lat pulldowns. I am so glad I got these anchors and in tandem with the Clench resistance bands you pretty much have everything you need for fantastic workouts.Johnny from Canada
